  • The auger inside is rubber so it does not jam or break when you hit a chunk of ice
This snow blower is a very nice size to clear the walkway to our house in just a couple of passes. It was easy to assemble and It folds up easily for storage when not in use and is small enough to sit in a shelf on the garage. It has plenty of power and is not very loud at all. It throws snow almost 2 ft away from the area you're clearing. The auger inside are rubber so it's more durable when you hit a frozen chunk of ice or a rock- the blades don't name or bend which is what happened to our last one. The chute can be turned to the front or side of the machine to deposit the snow you've removed. This is an easy alternative to shoveling snow- if you live somewhere that gets a lot of snow and have more than a walkway to shovel than this more than pays for itself after a couple of uses with the time it saves you shoveling. ... show more

  • Easy tonset up cant wait to put it to use this season
Size: 16IN
Item came in in a nicely packed packaging and it was very easy to set up. Its at a perfect length for me at 5 feet 8 inches tall. Functions very well for light fresh snow and it basically can throw it on the other side of the road. Very easy to guide and adjust the angle of throw. Its great value for money and is totally worth it after just using it for one season for us. ... show more

  • Little Blower that Could
Size: 16IN
Little blower with plenty of power to clear my driveway from snowfall. When I first turned it on to do the driveway the belt came off inside the unit and thought no way this thing broke already. It was easy to unscrew 2 screws on the exterior that showed in the inside the thrown belt. I installed it back on within seconds and was ready to use it. I then went outside to see if it worked and this little blower worked great. It's really quiet like a vacuum cleaner. ... show more

  • Initial Impressions (No Snow Yet)
I haven’t had the chance to use this snow blower on actual snow yet since it’s currently summer, but I wanted to share my initial thoughts. The snow blower arrived well-packaged, with no damage to the box or parts. Assembly was quick and straightforward — it took me about 15 minutes using the included instructions. The build feels solid for a lightweight electric model, and the handle is comfortable to grip. The chute adjustment is smooth, and the 13-amp motor seems strong when powered on (though again, I haven’t tested it under load). I’ll update my review once winter arrives and I can see how it handles a real snowfall, but for now I’m impressed with the design, portability, and ease of setup. ... show more

  • Compact and sturdy!!
Needed something that would be able to help with shoveling. This is a great size and easy to put together. It’s only August so no snow yet but I will be definitely updating upon first use. It’s great quality, sturdy and I’m excited that it’s electric. No need to deal with gasoline. And it is compact enough to not need a lot of room for storage. ... show more

  • 10/10 performance!
Size: 16IN
I received this today in the middle of an Upstate lake effect snow. Perfect timing, I guess? The box came damaged, but the blower inside was not. It was packed well, thee was no movement of the interior items. It took me about 45 minutes to put it together, but it was only myself doing it, another pair of hands would have come in handy. The instructions are IKEA quality instructions, the text that is in the directions is so tiny that I had to get a magnifier out to read them Assembly tip.....put the lower third of the handle onto the unit first, NOT the upper handle! Trying to get it on while attached to the cord was awkward and pulled on the cord. It screws in BEHIND the wheels. There aren't a lot of screws to deal with, there are 4 plastic bolts to attach the handles with, 4 screws where you attach the handle to the unit, one teeny tiny screw for the directional lever and two more to attach the chute to the unit. The only issue I'm having is the chute. It has a collar that snaps in around it to hold it down, and it took me a few tries to figure out how it went onto the unit. At first, I thought it went through the hole in the unit, but it actually just )sort of) snaps it on top of it. Then there's the collar that goes over it. Another hint, the underside of the chute has a series of little holes, and the unit has a little cog wheel....fit hole A onto cog B and it will sit flush. However, the screws for the collar went in rather hard, be careful that you don't strip them, and once it was tight, I tried to turn the chute and it just spins and the collar comes up off the unit. I had to hit it with my hands to get it to seat. So I can turn the chute as long as I'm holding it down and turning the crank at the same time. which means stopping the process, turning the chute and starting it up again. I can deal with that though, anything to not have to shovel! The auger is a heavy duty plastic screwed to a metal frame work. I did hit a rock or two under the snow and it shot out the chute with no damage to the auger. I was concerned about that part because so many people had issues with them, regardless of the machine or manufacturer. Also, the whole auger and belt assembly comes already put together, the box has the handles, they chute, a bag of hardware and the unit in it. Considering the instructions had no text, I am thrilled that it was already assembled. It moves snow pretty good, we had about 7 inches of semi heavy stuff, I just took my time, only did half a width row and did smaller swaths rather than a straight line. Our driveway is about 150' from curb to garage, so I didn't want to tear up the little machine. It throws the snow a good distance out of the driveway. It's not a heavy machine at all, I carried it down my basement stairs with no difficulty. I was actually expecting a bigger box, but it wasn't that big at all. I did scrape the packed snow off the driveway, the stuff that turns into ice when it melts, and it was so much easier than shoveling it all by hand. This will save your back for sure! The extra scraping wasn't really necessary, it was more my OCD kicking in and making me want to see clean asphalt. Overall, this is a good little machine. I'm 65 and female and had no problem putting it together or handling it in the snow. The price point didn't hurt either, but I hit it on a lightning sale so that was even better than the listed price now. This is perfect for smaller areas, sidewalks and driveways. I've only used it the once, so I'll update periodically once I get some use under the belt. ... show more

  • Finally ready for winter!
I just moved to Texas, and even though winters here aren’t as extreme as in some places, I’ve learned the hard way that snow can still cause real problems. In the past, I tried to manage with just a shovel (big mistake) it was exhausting not to mention frustrating when the snow piled up faster than I could clear it. This year, I promised myself I wouldn’t go through that again. That’s why I decided to get this electric snow blower and I couldn’t be happier, works great! It’s compact and easy to store, but surprisingly powerful. The LED light is a thoughtful feature, especially if I need to clear the driveway before sunrise. I also appreciate how lightweight it is compared to the heavy gas machines I’ve used before. My wife is very happy with that too lol Even though the big storms haven’t hit yet, just testing it out made me feel prepared and confident. Having this ready to go gives me peace of mind no more last-minute stress or struggling with a shovel in freezing temperatures. I’m really glad I bought this before winter kicks in. ... show more
