My daughter had me renting for three dollars a month a water cooler at her place of work for six months a year and I always paid for years and years and years for those other six months for the water cooler to be sitting just so I didn’t have to lug that big tremendous machine Back-and-forth to my house. This item works perfectly and everybody she works with thinks it’s great. No more having to clean out machines, no longer having to pay for electricity, no longer to have to lug big 5 gallon bottles on top of the water machine. The only thing which she said is negative is that the water comes out room temperature but two ice cubes from the freezer takes care of that. One charge a week takes care of all of the weeks work, whether she needs a charge or not. Easy to clean, easy to use, highly recommended.

I absolutely loved this until today stopped working lights on want pump I haven't had more then a few months. Doesn't need to charge already did I was going to get another but now I'm worried. Manufacturer claims they stand behind their products but dead silent after contracting them. Don't waste your money

I purchased this product because I prefer to buy water from a local company. I was buying cases of bottles but changed over to 5 gallon containers and was pouring into pitchers as needed. I got burnt out on that fast. And the coolers are more than I wanted to spend and I found this product. It is PERFECT! It is super simple to use and install. The battery seems to last an exceptionally long time too! I've probably charged it a couple of times and have gone thru at least 10-15 5 gallon containers. It's also convenient because it's portable. If ya wanna have the ability to enjoy a water fountain in the woods, you're covered. I bought it for home but it's come in handy for that as well. The only reason I rated it a 4 was due to how long it takes it to fill up pitchers. Filling up my glass takes a few seconds but when I make tea I sit the pitcher on the counter and have it shoot down in the pitcher. It's seriously the most miniscule of con I can find. I was conflicted about that rating because I wanted to rate it a 5 but only due to that particular part of its use is why I went with 4.

The charge lasts forever, the speed at which the water is dispensed is perfect, its super easy to assemble and it fits snug on our 5 gallon glass jug. 2nd purchase of this water pump for 5 gallon carboy. Number 1 pumps 17 gallons of water on a single, full charge. 3 months later it is still working fine. No leaks, continues to charge, continues to dispense water at a touch of the button. It is a little delicate meaning don't man handle the pieces but make sure they are secured properly or you will experience leaking. We live off grid and have found this option to be awesome. No more plastic bottles piling up with guilt or heading to the landfill. Super bonus-hubby is drinking more water. I hold the pump around the bottom while attaching it to the carboy and gentle pull down using the carboy *shoulders to leverage. Doing this fully seats the pump providing supportive stability. The only pump that reaches the bottom with its tube so you're not fussing with too much fluid residual. Just tip the carboy so the fluid is pooled at the opening. The new one is going in the RV aka guest quarters.

This changes your water bottle into a dispenser. I use it in my bee house where I do not have running water. This works great, and fast. It pumps well and the button is a quick response on or off. I have emptied one five gallon jug with it and have had no problems with battery yet.

Got this for a toddlers water table to keep water flowing and it works great! It is a little loud but it’s a good size and pretty durable. Not super happy that it shuts off after a minute or two but that’s my fault for not reading more info!
