I just purchased this in October. It’s March now. Wont let me contact sellers but the whole setup blew up. Could have been extremely dangerous. I’ve had problems since day one, the timer doesn’t work properly & the temp fluctuates entirely too much. Worse purchase. Now I’m out the money.

The press works as intended it's great for the 20oz tumblers but make sure you do it in a well ventilated room or open a window the smell of this thing is awful.

I purchased this product so I could heat press the 20 oz skinny tumbler all over in one step. DOES NOT close completely so it’s still a 2 step process. Very disappointed and not sure I’ll keep it. My mug heat press allows all the way around but it takes 2 steps.
