I ordered the zebra blinds and it arrive fairly quick from china, but the white has a Greyish shade to it. Contacted seller and they quickly resolved my problem with a different one. product was superior except for the design of the bottom roller pull ... the ends are held together by a "press" fit of plastic to aluminum pull ... I am very concerned that in the long run the plastic ends will pull out during opening and closing of shade - it happened once during installation, and I had to try to glue plastic to aluminum extrusion as the "press" was non-existent ! ... show more

The product is good, not great but standard. The first room we hung zebra blinds in we LOVED them, however that company did not have many size options. So after searching we found these. We needed 10 of them and ordered between 2-4 each order. We had to send back at least 3 of them because they arrived damaged. I also ordered the wrong size for 2 so I take responsibility for that. While printing the label to return them (that I had to pay for) it had me put a copy inside so if the outside label was lost they would know who it came from. Guess what after giving me a credit they turned around and said they never received the box and recharged me. Yes the product is good (not as nice as the original 2) but for the amount of damaged product and return problems I went through I will not use them again. I finished ordering the 10 so all the windows will match but I would NOT RECOMMEND to anyone! BEWARE of you use this company! ... show more
