I have always been a light sleeper and on top of that, I have degenerative disc disease throughout my spine starting at my beck all the way down to my low back. I have tried many, many pillows over the years and about 8 years ago, "My Pillow" was being sold on one of the shopping networks and it was much lower in price than if I went to the website directly. After watching all of the hosts rave about it and knowing I could sleep on it for 30 days and return if I was not happy, I gave in and bought it. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and put the pillow in the dryer for at least 15 minutes when you first get it. I saw a review of someone complaining it's the flattest pillow they every slept on. It looks like they just took it out of the roll (yes it comes rolled up) and took the picture to complain. If you follow the instructions and put in the dryer, you will be amazed at what you end up taking out of the dryer. A fluffy pillow that is as firm as you want - depending on which "fill" you choose to buy. Over the years I've told so many people about "My Pillow" because after trying foam, gel, and all sorts of support pillows, this is by far the best pillow. I finally get a good comfortable night's sleep. I must have a dozen in my house because I keep them on every bed (4 on my King size bed) and in my guest rooms. I even got my dad into the "My Pillow." He was as skeptical as I was 8 years ago and he got his, put it in the dryer and called me the next day to tell me what a great night sleep he got. It is now over a year later and he's just as happy. And you can wash these pillows and when you put them in the dryer, they fluff back to the firmness they were when you first received them. If you're like me and you get up several times during the night and/or switch positions during the night, you might have to re-fluff the pillow. Big deal. To all the reviewers saying it's flat and they have to re-fluff - is there really any pillow that stays comfortable all night long if you move around a lot? These are NOT flat pillows. If you are new to them, yes the first few nights might feel strange because of the fill but if you're like me and tried everything else, don't try an imitator - get these. I bought from the website directly after the shopping networks stopped selling them and with the discount I still paid for shipping so getting 2 from Amazon for the same price as from the direct website is great if you're a prime member because no shipping cost and you get it within 2 days tops. I ordered these pillows almost a year ago because of all the hype and I don’t like them. I ordered 2 firm and got one firm and one softer pillow which does nothing for me. It’s been over a year so I can’t do anything about that. I had no idea since I got them to eventually replace the pillows I was using at the time. One pillow is clearly heavier and fluffier then the other. I need two firm pillows for my bed to prop myself up since I suffer from post nasal drip and these two aren’t fitting the bill. ... show more

First, let me say we LOVE My Pillows. We have had the king size, firm My Pillows for eight years. They have kept their shape and comfort. They wash and dry perfect everytime. My Pillow was running a sale, so we decided to buy two more king size pillows with the most firm selection. We were disappointed. Since I started sleeping on My Pillow 12 years ago, I forgot about my neck pain. But recently, I've gotten it again, after so many years of painless life. I know the reason why - the warranty has expired 2 years ago, so it was time to order a new My Pillow. There was a good deal, and I bought two medium filling pillows. The order was delivered a day earlier, I opened the box, and let pillows to get air into. The first night with my new pillow was a blessing - my head was embraced, and my neck got a proper support. Due to the invention ( little balls), My Pillow can take a shape whatever you need! You can make a nest for your head, and at the same time, a roll for your neck. I bought a2pk firm for my wife 3 years ago and I and both are flat by the morning. Started out ok but a little soft for us and kept getting worse over time. It was supposed to come with a 10 year warranty but no way to contact customer service for this product. Not worth the money. Update: was able to reach customer service thru Amazon and they agreed to exchange pillows. I will update when exchange arrives. Update: I got the exchange and the pillows still seem a little flat. We got "max loft" for both pillows. Maybe needs washing. If anything changes, I will update my post ... show more
