    • Magic happens when put in dryer first!

Second set of these, first set well over 10 years ago from QVC and the demo on QVC stressed the need to put these in the dryer for 20-30 minutes when they arrive and currently the packaging still says that and the dryer step is the difference between the best pillow you will ever experience and an awful pillow you won't sleep on. They arrive flat and after putting in the dryer they fluff up about 4 - 5 times their arrival size and stay that way. And they will actually look a little to thick but just put your head on them, they are not too thick, they are perfect and you head will be cradled in comfort and suppored. My old set actually is still holding up well and has undergone may machine washes and dryer runs and the new ones are the same great quality and after putting them in the dryer the same best pillow I have ever seen. And you don't have to keep putting them in the dryer to maintain the fluff, just first time mandatory then when you wash them one or two times a year if you want to. They do come very thin and deflated and would be awful to sleep on that way, the magic is in putting them in the dryer first. If you put them in the dryer first you will be like all the 5 star reviewers in awe of the best pillow in the world. If you do not put them in the dryer before using them you will be baffled at what everyone thinks is so great about the awful flat uncomfortable pillow, up to you, go by directions and be happy or ignore the instructions and miss out on the best pillow you will ever sleep on. I have neck issues and will never use another pillow and the new set are on my bed and the old set are going on the guest bed as they wash up well and are still good. Easily 10 plus years of use with washings. And I also want to say that there may have been some unrelated political news about the founder on news stations and I am not in alignment with those views yet here I am doing a 5 star review and I don't write reviews on 10% of the things I buy on Amazon, but was so happy to see these on Amazon. Thus, I assure you, the product alone is what drives this 5 star review. Please keep making these pillows My Pillow! Kit comes with one of each pillow. There are no markings on the individual bags so it's impossible to tell which one is medium and which one is firm. I think I opened the medium one, the firm one is still in its bag. These are an acquired taste. The filling can seem lumpy, and the material does compress down over time like a normal pillow does. They say you can add stuffing, but the pillow do not come with any kind of zipper to open/close so you better be good with thread/needle if you want to take any out or add any more material. I think it's funny to advertise that feature, when it's not really a feature if you need sewing skills to modify it. ... show more

I Purchased the pack of two in different thicknesses to give to my husband this year for Valentine's Day. He can't seem to find a material in his bed pillow that helps him sleep comfortably. When we opened the package, the pillows were fairly flat from the vacuum packaging. I reminded him not to worry, the dryer would fluffed them up and he would be amazed. I ran them in the dryer for 15 minutes without any other fabrics. I let them cool in the dryer. Then I ran them a second time for 20 minutes. They fluffed up even more the second go run. He has now slept with them several nights and is much happier than he was with his other styles of pillows. The "my pillow" has pieces of foam that contour around your neck and head. They are separate pieces inside the pillows. They spring back when you are not using them. You can also "taco" your pillow in half if you need more support around your shoulders. I would recommend getting the two pack if you have wide shoulders so you can use both of them to support your size. This has been working great for my husband! ... show more

Purchased this because of all the raving reviews. Received pillows (2pack king size, one white/one blue). Of course the pillows are tightly wrapped and rolled when they arrive so you can’t feel them without opening. First time laying on it I’m immediately regretting the purchase. No support, lumpy, and feels like a bunch of cotton balls inside. How in the world did this get so many great reviews! This is the worst pillow I’ve ever slept on. So, since they have “guarantee”, I contacted support and said we were not happy with them. They offered more firm replacement. I told them that a more firm pillow isn’t going to fix the issue. They proceed to say that per their return policy, I must pay for shipping and gave me 2 addresses (one fed ex and one usps). If you really stand by product and offer guarantee, having someone pay to return seems ridiculous especially with shipping prices these days. Good luck.     • Why did I wait so long?

For the past two years, I have been on the hunt for the perfect mattress and its accessories. I have read countless reviews on pillows and purchased at least three other brands, but I always passed on my pillow due to some negative reviews. Looking back, I would have saved money, time and precious hours of sleep if I had purchased it two years ago. I am a 2x plus-size woman and a side sleeper. I purchased the white and green labels to ensure I got the right pillow and decided the green label fit me best. This pillow is supportive and easy to work with. It reminds me of the way you work a feather pillow. You can easily push the filling to support your current sleep position. The pillow fabric isn’t the best, and it probably retains heat. However, to help compensate for the heat retention, I added a friendly temperature-adjusting protector and a higher pillowcase. I keep my thermostat at 67 degrees during the summer and even more relaxed in the winter, and I haven’t woken up hot yet. Another noteworthy point is that I am a frequent traveler and typically stay at hotels such as Hilton, Kimpton, Hotel Indigo, Conrad, Westin, etc. This pillow is more comfortable than any pillow in those hotels.
