So, I bought this massage chair almost a year ago. Back then, I thought, "Is this an investment in my future health, or a very expensive new place to nap?" Spoiler alert: it’s been both, and it’s amazing. First Impressions: When we unboxed it, I was a little nervous. It looked like something out of a sci-fi movie, and I half expected it to ask me about my health goals before I even sat down. But once I settled in, wow. This chair has more moves than I do on a dance floor (which, admittedly, isn’t saying much). This thing has massage modes for days!! It’s got all these different styles—A set of autimatic don't have to think about it modes as well as manual Shiatsu, kneading, even this tapping thing that I swear is a step away from patting you on the back and telling you everything’s going to be alright. My wife loves the more intense settings, while I stick to the “just be nice to me” levels. This chair even does your hand and forearm! Heat Function: I’ll admit, I thought this was just a gimmick until I tried it. Turns out, heating up your back and legs before getting it pummeled by a robot really does make a difference. My wife calls it her “spa break,” and honestly, I’m just glad she lets me use it occasionally. The Good Stuff: Worth Every Penny: We both use it so much that it’s basically paying for itself with every knot it untangles. After a year, there’s no “oh, this worked great… until it didn’t.” It’s still just as comfy and efficient. Pretty much my wife's best friend... I’ll often come home to find her happily cocooned in the chair, looking more relaxed than I’ve ever seen her. Frankly, I think she loves the chair more than me some days. The Downsides? Well… The Price Tag: Yep, it’s definitely one of those purchases where you cringe a little swiping your card. But think of it as an upfront investment in avoiding endless future appointments with a massage therapist. Plus, the thought of ordering one on Amazon was kinda weird. Sure I practically order everything on Amazon but this is by far the biggest thing I've ordered thus far. Final Verdict If you’re on the fence about a massage chair as I was, I'd say that this one is your best bet. Ours has become a vital part of our home. It’s there for us when we’re sore, stressed, or just want to pretend we’re at a luxury spa without actually leaving the house.

The media could not be loaded. Just what I was looking for! Great value for MONEY! I was always looking to get a massage chair to relieve body pain. After lots of searching, I finally decided to try this one. I can honestly say I am very satisfied with this massage chair. Mynta team was great to work with and answered all my questions, only wish I had purchased it sooner. PROS: Package: Well packaged. No assemblies needed. It was already assembled, I just needed to take it out of the box and then pushed it to the room of my choice. Functions: It works my neck and lower back better than I had even imagined. So comfortable, relaxing and pain relieving. There is nothing like getting home after a long day at work and hopping in the chair to unwind. Wife has a treatment every week or two and having this chair has made it a lot easier for the therapist working on her. Size: Size was the biggest concern before delivery, the size is totally acceptable and this is coming from a 6'3 200lbs male. Given how small the chair appears in the picture, I was a little concerned that I would be crowded, but it is clear that my concerns were unfounded. Airbags The airbag could be adjusted using the manual controls, but I prefer strong air massage. Bluetooth works well. 7 modes on demand, which is nice. CONS: Foot roller was painful as first. so I turn the feet roller off. I suggest you wear thick socks or turn it down to the lowest setting for the first time. Highly recommended! Would buy from them again with no hesitation.

The chair arrived and was easy to put together (just two pieces to put together, and they even supplied a screwdriver for the four screws). From the start, the chair did not feel quite right when it was stopped and returned to the upright position. It did not feel like it got fully upright. Over a few months, it started to make some noise and feel loose on the base. We still used it, and it was very nice and relaxing for the most part. When it got worse, we contacted customer service. They were very nice and respectful. They asked for some pictures and videos of what the chair was doing. We sent those, and they eventually determined that a weld was broken. They sent a new chair right away. We set it up and could tell immediately that the new chair was working correctly. I only gave it four stars because it was a bit of a hassle that the first chair was not right. The chair itself is very good for the price. The only thing I don't like is the wired remote control because the wire kind of gets in the way when you are putting your right arm into the arm massager. So, for me, the chair itself gets 4 stars, and the customer service gets 5 stars.

We purchased and received the mynta chair a few days ago. We have used it numerous times and found it to be very helpful to help you relax and massage different parts of your body. We were surprised at how little space it took up in our house. We were expecting something a little bit more intrusive, but it’s not too bad. I like the heating element on my lower back. That’s very helpful. It’s not difficult to understand how to use it and it’s an easy set up virtually nothing to assemble. The guys who delivered the chair brought it into our house and set it right where we needed it to be. We are very pleased with our purchase.
