I've got this chair for over 3 months now and it is perfect for my place. This is not our first chair. We bought a Dreamweaver some 10 years ago and it was an excellent chair, though very expensive. The MYNTA costs only apprx. 20% of the Dreamweaver. Of course it is not the same thing. The MYNTA has only 7 programs whereas the Dreamweaver has multiple ways to make a program. However no matter how many programs you can make, I only use 1 that I like. On this aspect, the 7 programs of the MYNTA are enough. The massage quality of the airbags are quite good. I found the standard level a little bit too strong, but the lower level was pleasant enough even for my mother (over 90). The rollers were on the hard side, looks like the padding on the back was not very thick. I put on a blanket and it became perfect. The best part of the chair was it size. It is made for small people while other chairs seem for big ones. I am 5'6" and it fit me perfectly. My mom is only 5' and she could use it OK. With my old expensive Dreamweaver, she always complained about how it hit her head instead of the shoulder. The only complain I could have is that I could not straighten my legs. They are always bent at the knee. But this is a very minor one. So in all, this chair answers pretty much my need, and it can be moved quite easily, which is an extra (I could not move the Dreamweaver an inch). For its price, I don't think I could find anything better. ... show more

I got this during prime days at a discount but the price is fair at normal levels. This has changed my life and helped greatly with my back pain. I am 6" 2' male, 62years young and weigh 170. The chair fits comfortably although I would like another inch or two. I understand most will not be over my height. The chair does massage hard, especially when your muscles are tight. You can use a towel when you are beginning. All the functions work well. I have tried them all and I think the lower back waist is my favorite pre programmed mode. Heated and zero gravity. I have used it for a couple of months now and I will continue to use it daily. It is not a miracle cure for back pain but will release muscle tension in the right spots. I assembled it by myself, but would suggest two. I think it was just two screws to attach the footrest but it is a tight area. ... show more

I've always wanted a massage chair but never would consider them at the 5, 6, 7,000 range. A friend of mine got this chair in 2022 and I used it a few times at their house. When prime day was happening again this year I decided I'd purchase one too . I'm very impressed with the ease of use and it definitely meets my needs. Back roller carriage stopped moving after only 3 weeks. Mynta sent a new cable and a technician. Technician discovered that the carriage stop switch was the problem and it had been ordered. Waiting for the new switch to come in Update: Instead of receiving the requested carriage stop switch, the technician ended up receiving a control board from the company. Although it was an honest mistake, it did cause a delay in the repair process. After notifying the technician about the wrong part, they took the initiative to order the correct one. However, it took a whole week for the technician to return and install the right part, which left me without the use of my chair for an extended period. Now that the chair is finally functional, I must say it's working well. However, I must address the request for a 5-star review from Mynta customer service. They offered an additional 6 months of warranty as a reward, but given the inconvenience of not having my chair for two whole months, I believe a 4-star rating is more appropriate. While I appreciate the efforts to fix the issue and the functionality of the chair after the repair, the overall experience left me with a sense of frustration due to the unnecessary delays. I hope that in the future, Mynta and their technicians can improve their communication and efficiency to provide a smoother and more satisfactory customer experience. ... show more

As described, comfortable and easy to assemble. Overall impressed. There are multiple massage options, and the ability to control the speed and pressure of the rollers. The rollers massage most of the body and where they don't hit the air bags and stretching options assist in the overall massage experience. Another great feature is the heat option. The chair looks nice and does not take up too much space in the room. The connected headrest pillow does tend to move and/or flip behind the chair when the shoulder/neck message is activated, and the chair is a little louder than expected. I personally think the message on the neck feels better without the pillow and the noise does not interfere with the relaxation. Would recommend to family and friends. ... show more
