  • Waste Money
Used it for flight training once. It was easier to just put my ipad on my leg.

  • Gets the job done - a little pricey though
This was the only ipad knee clip that I could find that would fit my ipad pro/wasn't going to break the bank. It works pretty well, my only complaint is the fact that the stretchy strap part will slide through the slot sometimes and it is frustrating to try to get back on, especially if you are trying to get set up in the plane in a timely manner. Otherwise, it is a durable and handy item in order to use your ipad in the cockpit. ... show more

  • Holds perfectly
Once I figured out the strap - really works well. Holds iPad really well. Will always use now, even for local flights. Much easier to carry to airport than a big full-kneeboard type. Just throw it in your bag (I have a separate small bag for iPad, strap, and charging cable.) Will not scratch your screen. ... show more

  • Does a decent job of holding my 9.7" iPad
This holds my iPad 9.7" pretty well. I am watching how well the elasticity holds up over time. I would like to see a design that allows the iPad to be rotated to portrait orientation. I like to have my iPad in landscape orientation when using the map. When displaying approach plates I prefer portrait orientation. Otherwise it has works well. ... show more

  • SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE! LOOK NO FURTHER
Fits my iPad mini 5 in landscape even with a uag folio case over it. Doesnt slip, easy to use, wear, and install/remove. Room for charging in both landscape and portrait. The only downside is that it would be troublesome switching between landscape and portrait in flight, but thats fine. Glad I chose this instead of anything more expensive/ cumbersome. First review ever, in hopes of helping someone in the market for ipad kneeboards. Easy to use, durable, and value for money. ... show more

  • Simple and easy to use
I bought the MyClipKneeboard for my KA 350 training since I needed my ipad for my training(had my approach plates on it) First off it is super simple to use and to adjust for the different sizes of iPads. It is important to make sure it’s tight enough on your leg so it doesn’t move around. I started one session with it not tight enough and had my iPad moving around. Luckily it’s simple to adjust on the fly. So how long does it take to take tour iPad in and out of the clips, literally seconds. So for some reason you need to move the iPad from your leg and then put it back in the clips it’s simple. Overall very happy with this product. It’s simple and easy to use. ... show more

  • then it'll be perfect. For the money
I finally tried it out the other day with my 2nd gen Nexus 7. My main complaint is the strap itself has no elastic built-in, very little give. I'm 6' and 200lbs and it's difficult to attach to my leg. The addition of a small section of elastic would make a world of difference. I adjusted it to be fairly tight on my Nexus with it in portrait mode and it still let the tablet slide back and forth a little bit. I'm probably going to upgrading to a Tab S2 soon so I'll have less issues keeping it tight. I also may try to modify it with some elastic, then it'll be perfect. For the money, I'd say go for it. ... show more

  • Great Kneeboard
I purchased this kneeboard for my first solo cross country. I wanted something in-expensive but still of good quality. This is a great set up for someone that has a case on there tablet and still wants to use a kneeboard. It fits my ipad mini 4 with a medium thickness case perfectly. I love that I can adjust the arms for just about anything I want to put in it. It is a easy to use Velcro strap that is easy to loosen in flight but it is very conferrable for long flights anyways. I have gotten multiple people in my hanger to start using these and they love them. If your looking for something universal, decently priced and good quality look no further. ... show more
