    • Great with LEDs
The media could not be loaded. Plug and play, no fuss. It states on the box compatible with LEDs only. Whichever setting you leave it on it will keep after power is turned off. (All of our lights run on one main timer) If you dont have a timer, this unit has a built-in timer that allows it to be on for 4/6/8hrs and off for 20/18/16hrs. We used many many strands connected end to end. I especially love the fade setting that leaves some sets dim while others are bright during transition. Remote works inside and up to 20' away. So far no negatives other than I wish we purchased a unit which has more plug-ins for a bit more elaborate display, not this unit's fault! This is our first year with this controller, hope it lasts as long as our previous one (6+yrs) . ... show more

We run our holiday decorations on this thing so we can have a pattern. I will say it doesn’t have enough power to run most electronic decorations in groups greater than 3 things. The remote sucks, as you have to be right next to the unit for it to work. You have to thumb through every setting to get to the one you want. It would be a lot easier if there were independent buttons to select what you wanted instead of having to page through the whole lot. This unit does not have grounding plugs for your plug ins. They are just the 2 prong plug ins. If you want to plug something in that has to be grounded l, you will need a separate adapter to accomplish this. ... show more
