Beautiful piece of furniture! Everything was delivered on the same day (including the fire oven). No broken or scratched wood!! (packaged beautifully). Although it took some hours to put together because I put it together alone, but the instructions were easy and hardware was easily identified. Absolutely fabulous product. However, there is a lot of little pieces, but very easy to put together. Very sturdy. The 12 different flame lights gives you a different look whenever the mood strikes you. I highly recommend.

This is poorly made. My first shipment had several missing parts Amazon couldn’t send me the missing parts, so they sent snd entirely new unit, so I would have access to the pieces I needed. However, the new unit they sent all of the pieces were different sizes…off by an inch or so. Meaning I couldn’t simply replace the missing or broken pieces. I had to deconstruct the original item and rebuild the new one, the new one is lopsided and the whole unit looks like garbage.

Came damaged. Seller sent a replacement for free but only included the wood and was missing a piece and I don’t know what to do with all the extra wood. Also a pain to put together I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone and I do a bunch of these type of things. However it is beautiful when all built.

I will buy this again if I am in need of one again !!!! I have it a four star for some reasons but I am well pleased and satisfied with this product . I wish I can do a video . Good quality once it’s built . Good size . Great weight nice and heavy . The heat output is ok normal . Yes the lights are awesome , plenty of choices . Ok let’s talk about the negativities or things to consider about this product . Ok I bought this product because I can’t afford another Ashley product . So I needed something with a less price but great quality . This one has that. Ok, that being said a few things about my product : 1. The different boards especially the top are different color tones , same pattern just different .bummer . 2. Have to be careful in assembling , took me 4 hrs to complete … yep with a small break . 3. Did not use power tool, I would advise against it secondary to the quality of the product . I would recommend hand tools/ screwdriver and hex key , 4. You need two people unless you are huge person . Heavy and awkward, also need additional hands for some parts / doors . 5. Some of the finish was being damaged during the installation too small to make a fuss , again not the best quality product but great for price . 6. Once you buy this you will understand this next issue : it supposed to come with two C and Two G boards . I received 4 C boards . The only difference between the C n G boards were the small holes . So I have some extra small holes . Not enough to make a big deal about it , did not contact dealer . I’m happy all around . Ok if I needed to change it out would be to have the correct boards , proper color tones all around too . Details . 7. Ohh yes, you have to be on the floor , I guess you can have it on a huge table then taking it down would be an issue . Anyways , if you have difficulty going to the floor well , I maybe not the product for you . 8. Ahhh you also need a huge area to work around . A minimum of 9 of the boxes area on the floor . Lots of items . Again I would buy again ! I haven’t installed the TV , but that’s next .
