This couch is pretty easy to put together, but you have to put the cover on before you bolt the back to the base, which makes it easier if you have two people. I put half of it together (the pieces came on two separate days) with others and the other part together by myself, and it was definitely easier with another set of hands. The color is not a neutral grey, it is a blue toned grey. While it looks good in my space it has a very blue undertone. It was very easy to put together by myself. A major flaw though is that it doesn’t have brackets to keep the individual pieces of the modules together. I also don’t think it looks anything like the pictures. I have purchased brackets to add separately and will purchase more fluff for the pillows, but also don’t feel like I should have to buy those things. Maybe once I have those things, I’ll feel more satisfied with the product. I do like the fabric as I have three pets that shed quite a bit. ... show more

Doesn't have anything to hold it together on the bottom that makes it look like poor design especially when you have a wood floor and you lay down and move around every time that turn I have fix it and put it in order again and again. That reclaimer for the arm I think it's a little bit uncomfortable cuz it's too thin. I don't think it holds a lot of weight The pillows are very thin with very low material. ... show more

The comfort, the color, the quality, the appearance, all are not what I expected. The color is not gray. It’s more of a bluish gray. There is no back support. It is very low to the ground. It looks more like child furniture. When it was all put together, it looked just plain cheap. I’ve had to add pillows and blankets to make it look presentable. Also, the legs on the couch are plastic not wood. There are no brackets holding them together so every time you sit on a piece of furniture, it separates from the other. ... show more

It wasn't what I thought it was going be it's the material of outside furniture and it's little .....it was sent with a whole in it but they replaced it and gave me $50 refund I appreciate them for that they customer service is very good

I had a pretty specific idea of what I was looking for in a couch, and a low budget: u-shape, modern, attached cushions, comfortable, not cheap looking fabric, under $1,000. This couch fit what I was looking for! It arrived in 3 boxes and was easy to assemble. The fabric is thick and a larger weave which I like the look of. The couch is firm but comfortable. This was a firm sofa. Not comfortable for sitting long. No back support. Sofa pieces slides around. Only good thing is that this is slim and fits in small room. It does convert to different arrangements.
