Of course you need to be respectful of their power and use caution always with moly magnets of this class to prevent injury or damage. I use these to hold fixturing in my microelectronics lab. Super strong. Maybe too strong for some but not for my uses. Rated 3 stars for “easy to remove“ but this is not a negative rating if you need a secure attachment. Can use for GoPros, cameras, etc. I attach to a Ram mount for more maneuverability. Only negative is lack of separate knurled thumb nut for tightening to a camera base. 1/4” thumbnuts run from $1.50-$5 separately; more expensive when padded. This is strong enough to hold a DSLR for light uses, but the lack of thumb nut makes this impractical.

we have a steel beam in our garage and have steel doors for the attached mud room. Rather than drill holes in the beam or door - purchased these magnets to hang items from. I used 3m hooks, but i was replacing them every few months. The screw and bolt on these magnets allows me to connect a wire between them for heavier objects. I only had them a few weeks - but they are versatile and strong and far exceed my expectations when i initially purchased them. I highly recommend them and plan to buy more!

I work in sports broadcasting and I use these to mount mics or cables to a metal surface. It held with 3 DT cables (thick audio copper cables, very heavy). To take them down, just grab it and angle it one way until it pops off. Can be a pain, but that's what I need it to do, not come down. Works great.
