I love these magnets. I've used them for quite a few things but this most recent shipment of them, had some shattered/broken. I won't return them because I didn't realize until I've used several already. Amazon needs to make it easier to communicate with the sellers directly without trying to submit a refund request. These are really great! I have neighbors who feed a big flock of birds, and my car was always covered in bird poo. I grabbed a cheap shower curtain to put over the car, and use these to hold it down. I live in a windy area and these magnets have held the shower curtain in place in spite of the wind. Seller is right about one thing: if two of them should come in contact, they are really hard to get apart. And be careful not to get your fingers or any part of your skin stuck between them. They pinch! Big surprise. Since I don't use them to hold any kind of weight, I can't speak to that particular claim. But it seems like they probably would hold a great deal. All in all, a great buy. Damn do these work! Haha Just be careful to what you stick it to and to not get your finger stuck between it and the magnet. Lol Got these to hold some tarps in place to shelving units and it does a fantastic job. If you need strong magnets, these are the ones! They work extremely well!

These are pretty good but be sure not to overtighten them down with fasteners or they will crack. Even after it did crack it seemed to stay in the metal case, hopefully that will continue to be the case.
