I originally got this for my cousins to play with while they were at my house, all of them aged around 10 to 14. They definitely love it, but I have to say I'm surprised at the amount of adults who get an absolute kick out of playing this and are always jockeying for position in line to get their turn. More than just fun though, this little thing really gets you sweating. It's a surprisingly active workout! You'll be surprised at how long you spend on it without realizing, and how sorry you'll be the next day after really putting your shoulders and arms through a workout. Setup was a breeze, we headed out-of-the-box and working within just a few minutes. One of the best features is that if you hook it up to your phone through the app - which also only takes a couple of minutes -you can actually play your own music and the lights will sync up with the music so it really feels like you're half dancing, half boxing. We're all completely hooked on this thing, it's a crazy amount of fun! It's a good size, actually fairly large, so it's a good target that gets your hands really moving to different areas of the circle. Despite having put up with the punches of quite a few people for quite a while several times, it seems to be a quality item that's still going and hasn't shown signs of stopping.

I’ve been seeing these online and thought it would be really fun and great exercise, the one I received actually has 6 different areas to punch, not 5 like in the pic. It’s easy to put up and you can move it to different heights on the Velcro. It came with boxing gloves, a jump rope and a hand squeeze tool. It was a pain to get my phone to Bluetooth to the machine. I finally did but the directions are lacking, the volume on the machine is very low which is annoying. The boxing gloves fit me pretty good but are way to small for my husband so if you are a man with bigger hands you’ll need to buy bigger gloves.

Ordered for a buddy of mine. he's getting used to it but loves how it promotes a full arm workoout. He being a former aging boxer he said he see how good of a workout its going to bring to him. At first it could be a nice toy, to get rid of some energy, however it gets rather boring quickly. There are only a few preset programs that the unit will play with limited variability. The included gloves are of good quality! You can change the sound level and the program you want to run. You will need to firmly attache it to a smooth surface, as you will be hitting the pads repeatedly. The major drawback come when i went to charge it. No visible indicators that anything is happening .. :(
