I like this boxing reflex ball set! Nothing fancy, a couple of headbands and some balls on elastic string. Instructions seem to be written by non-native English speakers, but that's probably one reason they're very affordable. I don't get fancy. Just tied one of the balls to the head band and started punching away. Once I get in a groove it's enjoyable and seems a good exercise. Don't see much that can "wear out" on these, so I am confident it will last for quite a while. Only used one of the balls yet, but I'm happy so far. Might try some of the others with the second head band, or just keep them as spares in the handy carrying bag provided. Would make a great gift! ... show more

I love this and find it to be a fun way to get in a little workout. Once you get you accuracy down you could really get the heart rate going. You also learn how to dodge a strike when you miss because that ball we get you right in the face! Lol I love it! I’m going to buy a few as gifts.

This is the second one of this type of kit that I purchased. I got the first one for myself, because I wanted to experience the fitness aspects of it. It did take a bit of practice for me to get the hang of it, but it's fun and a challenge! I purchased this second kit for use during a family vacation to keep my niece and nephew entertained. Everyone loved it! Having 2 headbands and several types of balls means more people can enjoy the fun at the same time.
