Unique design takes up less space than original BOB®. Able to fit on the adjustable Wavemaster™ base. “Skin” is constructed of high-strength plastisol. Inner cavity is filled with high-density urethane foam. Base can be filled with water or sand and weighs approx. 270 lbs. 7 height adjustments from 60” to 78”. Base included. First the pros: BOB is fully adjustable to whatever height you’re comfortable with. Outer material is strong and soft. You can work it for 10 minutes straight without tearing up your skin (important when you get older). Now for the cons: you have to slide the body over the plastic unit and bolt it. The fit is so tight (which is good) that it’s a real struggle to get it on, then trying to find the hole for the bolt to mount it. Next, once you start throwing feet or knees into it the base doesn’t hold enough water to keep it from moving around. Finally, the price. It’s expensive but overall I’m happy I bought it and use it every morning. ... show more

Wish I had bought this a lot earlier. Kinda wish I had the bob XL at this point, but whatever. This thing is so awesome for increasing technique and accuracy. Only thing is I'm somewhat worried about how long it'll stand up to me. The head seems flimsier already from a few weeks of use, so I hope it lasts. I'd recommend the XL though if you're going to be kicking. Because sometimes I just miss, and I wish there were a way to practice low kicks on the dummy being normal height. So I'm neglecting my low kicks. Still, very awesome. Also filled with sand, I haven't knocked it over once. All the weight is at the bottom, so it's pretty hard to knock it down accidentally. Plus the head just bends, so yeah. I don't think knocking it over is a problem for anyone who isn't an elite heavyweight or something. ... show more

I’m happy with the product for the most part, but my only issue is with inserting the bolts in the back of the mannequin. They did not line up easily at all. It’s far too difficult to do. There has to be a better way.

    • Better than a punching bag!
Once it was put together, I absolutely love it! Pretty much accurate as described. When it arrived box was pretty tore up and i was worried about damage but it turned out to be okay. Assembling it I followed the youtube video which helped but mine has a flaw with a screw hole not being centered on the back making it difficult to line up but the material is stretchy so we were able to stretch it to align. Looks offs but its in back so rarely visible. After that tho it has taken many beatings and it is a fun workout and great practice! ... show more

BEST TRAINING BUDDY, BOB! Not only is it built like a tank but it feels like the real thing. I love it, all my sons love it, and my dog HATES it! When I’m beating the snot out of it my dog thinks it’s a real man and ALL her hair is standing straight up and ALL her teeth are on display! Hahaha...Daddy’s girl! But seriously, I’m so impressed with the customer service end of my purchase that I’m VERY confident I will be buying from them again! They’ve held up their end of the deal buy getting me the most rugged, dependable, and tough SOB (or BoB) that these knees, elbows, head, and fists of fury can throw at it! So don’t drag your feet anymore (like I did) it might seem pricey compared to a punching bag but it’s worth every penny! The realism and easy adjustability for different heights is SO NICE!     • Worth every penny
I’ve had BOBs before and they never disappoint. It’s a very durable product if you take care of it by not using weapons or shoes on it. I got this one for my home, and normally I fill with sand, but water filled it held up great. I was a bit worried it would get kicked over too much, but as most people are aware, of you aren’t doing side and turning back kicks to torso, you just need it backed against a wall so it won’t topple. Resale values don’t go down apparently, since fb marketplace sellers were asking almost as much used, so it’s worth spending the extra $50 to buy a new one. I’m probably buying another one soon, since I much prefer these to a standard heavy bag. Assembly isn’t too bad, but I could see a smaller weaker person struggling with this, since it takes a bit of effort to push bob onto base. ... show more
