As an international student, writing a review is a little bit tough for me. Honestly, I don't like to spend much time in organizing sentence structure and checking grammar (and there are still some grammar mistakes in this review :D ).However, this is the first time that I am eager to write a product review for people who have interests in this Brand New MuscleTech product. In the New Year's Eve, I promised to myself that I needed to make some changes. The first thing came into my mind is being fit. In January 2016, when I began to take this protein powder with GNC Burn 60, my weight was about 178 lbs. I worked out twice a day (1 hr for elliptical trainer & half an hour for building muscle each time). Three months past, I lost nearly 25 lbs. Guys, don't be hesitant. Persistence will finally pay off. Here are some tips: 1. This protein powder is mainly for losing weight. It contains ingredients such as CLA to get you ripped. When you are doing aerobic exercise, both fat and muscle is burning for energy supplying. This product will help you to gain extra protein for muscle rebuilding. In this way, your weight/fat is lost and the scale of your muscle is maintained in the same level. 2. The main purpose of this product is not for building muscle.Therefore, no creatine is added. Rather than being taken after workout, this supplement is taken 30 to 60 minutes before your meals.This will be helpful to drop down your body fat percentage. When BFP is below 15%, take a pride in your health and figure. 3. For people who are losing weight quickly like me, you really need to do some anaerobic exercise as well. Otherwise, you may get a loose skin. Be careful! 4. The powder mixes well. Just shake your blender and enjoy it. I tired two flavors, the chocolate mixes better and vanilla tastes sweater. 5. You can take a half of scoop per time instead. Frankly, I can't tell the difference of the impact. This is all I know so far. Wish you guys be fit and healthy.

First of all, this one, Nitro Tech, 4lb protein, vanilla flavor. I paid for my product, no review sample or anything, so with that out of the way, let's get to it. It may look like expensive, compared to other proteins out there. But here's the thing. ONE SCOOP per serving, means it will last you a long time. Others you have to use two or three scoops depending on the protein, this one is just one, and it's 4 pounds. Tastes awesome, and vanilla flavor means I can mix it with anything I want if I want to change its flavor. strawberry? sure. Chocolate? definitely By itself? of course but they also have another flavor, I believe it's chocolate. I rarely buy it chocolate because it limits me flavor I can mix it with. For losing weight. I will not go into details, but let's say this is one of the main things I used to lose about 38 pounds in 5 months with no gym involved. it doesn't mean it wasn't easy or hard work. it just means what it says, no gym. I am no personal trainer in a gym or anything. Took me years to find out what worked for me, and this product is one of the main things I used. Just a tip. If anybody or any product tells you it's easy, quick and no effort. They LIE. For gaining weight. You wanna gain weight, but trust me, you don't wanna gain fat. This plus exercise (weight lifting) is unbelievable. I will say no more. My conclusion is that this is one of the best proteins out there. I have tried many proteins and struggled for years, and this is not a miracle protein (there isn't such a thing, everything requires hard work), but it is the push you need to get the work done.

I’ve been using this product for years, and the results have always kept me coming back. I prefer the Ripped formula because it includes additional weight‑management ingredients at a reasonable price compared to similar options. If you don’t need those extras and want creatine built in, Muscletech’s regular whey protein covers that—two scoops a day meets maintenance needs. Personally, I stick with the Ripped version and supplement creatine separately so I can enjoy extra shakes without worrying about overdoing it. If you’re looking for a reliable, long‑standing protein option, this is the one I’d point you toward. Now for the other side of the experience: the taste. Like most protein powders, it’s not winning any gourmet awards. It’s the nature of the beast. If you mix it with plain water, you’re basically a barbarian with unmatched willpower and will have no trouble reaching your fitness goals. For the rest of us, here are my favorite ways to make it more enjoyable. My top combination is blending it with milk and frozen berries using a bullet‑style blender. The blender ensures everything mixes smoothly—no powder chunks exploding in your face while you try to chug it as fast as possible. The milk adds thickness and keeps you fuller longer, while the frozen berries add vitamins and turn it into a cold, smoothie‑like shake that masks the powdery taste. Bananas work great too, but berries are my go‑to. If you’re shaking by hand, use a good tumbler and stick with milk (or lactose‑free alternatives). As for flavors, I’ve only seen Double Chocolate Fudge and Vanilla on Amazon. After years of using this product, I can confidently say that if you’re not blending anything into it, the flavor doesn’t matter—you’ll be tired of it by the bottom of the tub anyway. Just switch to the other flavor next time and alternate. The Vanilla is the most versatile for blending with different fruits, while Chocolate pairs well with peanut butter or banana, though that combo gets old quickly. At the end of the day, you’ll find your own favorite mix. With summer coming up, nothing hits the spot like an ice‑cold fruit protein smoothie (I gave it 4 stars because muscletech has only had 2 flavors for the ripped formula for decades. They need something new. otherwise it would have a 5)
