Assembling this was more of a project than I anticipated. It arrived in two boxes, one weighing 116 pounds and the other 132 pounds. There are more than 400 screws, cam locks, and dowels. Think of an Ikea project on steroids. The instruction book had very little writing and was mostly pictures, although detailed, and was small. A full-sized book or having it online, where it could be enlarged, would be wonderful. Some were difficult to figure out the orientation, but most were fairly obvious. The quality of the parts was average to good being on par with or better than what Ikea offers. The wood is all pressed board, but reasonably good quality. It took nearly 6 hours to assemble the bed. If we were to do the same one again, it would go much quicker, but there are a lot of parts to organize. Only one bag of parts was mislabeled. One wish is that the "K" screws were steel so they would be held in place with a magnetic screw driver. To their credit, they included extra screws and other parts for almost everything, including wooden dowels. Nice touch. When completed, all of the drawers and sliders worked well. Being that it is made of pressboard, it is heavy but manageable. I would buy from them again, probably.

Very good Murphy bed, the sturdiness exceeds my expectation, and it looks good folded up like a dresser. I like that the top and side panels can be folded over so it doesn’t feel like you’re putting your head in a closet. And the two actual drawers at the bottom add the extra storage space. It does require some efforts to assemble, but it’s nothing difficult if you follow the instruction carefully step by step, just be prepared to work on it three days in a roll. Overall it’s good value for its price.

Nice murphy bed but just be sure to mount it to the wall. If not mounted it leans forward making it hard to open and shut the sides. Wish they would have done something to remedy this, as I can't mount mine. My husband will be shimming it so that it doesn't lean forward.

The media could not be loaded. I cannot say enough great things about this bed!!! It looks amazing, they thought of so many details! I love the look in the cabinet style and when it is extended for sleeping, and so easy to assemble and easy to extend out for a bed! They thought of chargers too!!! Must have for any spare room!

I gave it 4 stars because it took 7 hours to put together but it looks great and is sturdy. I would buy it again but opt for professional assembly next time I purchase any type of furniture. I bought the 6” mattress futon mattress and it folds up in the bed perfectly.Good value and easy to fold up when not in use. Guest say it’s comfortable.

This bed is awesome. I love the motion-sensor light—it makes getting up at night so much easier. The little shelf on the side is perfect for charging my phone. The frame is sturdy, looks nice, and honestly worth the price.
