If nothing else this is a delicious tea. I think it has been helping increase my milk supply, but I’m unsure as I’ve been taking fenugreek capsules, eating lactation cookies and bars, and drinking coconut water and body armors along with this tea on a daily. I’ve seen an increase in some of my pumps, but I’m still not where I would like to be in quantity of the milk production. I think this tea is worth a try and should probably be the first option because it tastes so good. ... show more

Idk what I expected. I know it's tea but like it needed some sugar lol and I'm not sure if it helped me produce more milk or not. I didn't notice an increase.

It’s easy to drink. I saw this in videos and mothers milk tea can get pricy so figured I’d try this. Honestly not sure it helped but with most lactation things it’s hard for me to tell.

I've tried another brand of lactation tea before this and wasn't impressed. However, this tea is pretty yummy! I'm sure it helped my supply (I did eat oatmeal every day for breakfast & kept hydrated throughout the day, too...) It did not cause any bloating or other issues. Recommend!

So I just had my second baby and this time I was determined to breast feed. Mommy blogs kept recommending things to help with milk supply and let me tell you, this is a MUST! It really does help with the production rate. Personally I think it helped with the volume I was getting each feed.
