I had been wanting to to get more chamomile tea for a while after our local coop stop carrying it, especially after I got it before playing an open mic and I noticed it made me calmer and my mouth was not al all dry after drinking the chamomile which is greats for a singer songwriter who is nervous like me . After reading several studies highlighting its benefits. Chamomile has been traditionally used for relaxation, improved sleep quality, digestive support, and anti-inflammatory effects due to its high levels of apigenin, a natural antioxidant. Beyond its health properties, I also just love the aesthetic appeal—watching the delicate yellow flowers bloom as they steep is a simple pleasure. After extensive research, I opted for Egyptian chamomile over German chamomile. While both varieties come from the Matricaria species, Egyptian chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) is often preferred for its larger, more intact flower heads, which contribute to a smoother and more potent infusion. Another reason I chose this variety is that some people report allergic reactions to German chamomile (Matricaria recutita), though this varies from person to person. One major concern when purchasing loose chamomile flowers is quality control, and I was particularly careful about this. Many chamomile sellers on Amazon have alarming reports of insect contamination, which is unfortunately common in poorly processed batches. This specific brand stood out because it had no such complaints, and after thoroughly inspecting my purchase, I found it to be clean and well-preserved. Another issue with loose chamomile is dog chamomile (Anthemis cotula), a similar-looking but unrelated plant that sometimes gets mixed in with lower-quality batches. Dog chamomile has a harsh, unpleasant bitterness that can ruin the delicate floral sweetness of true chamomile tea. Excellent tea leaves!! Very fresh, vibrant color, strong and fresh taste, I use a tea ball to infuse the boiling water, using filtered water. I’ve just started using it for health benefits, and to do a liver cleanse and detox, however I wouldn’t be able to give any information on the real benefit for another few weeks at least. I’m going to the doctor for blood work in a few days, I can do another review at a later date, but the tea contains dandelion as well, so I think it will be a good one!

I love this for teas! I brew mine with some raspberries and blueberries too for extra taste, but I enjoy it by itself too. It actually helps with relaxation and balancing my moods personally. Very pleasant taste, it's not flowery or too spicy which can be very overwhelming from other brands (where it's sourced is important, I've learned...) Smell is also mild. Amount is good for the price, lasts me around a year or a little over. I'm incredibly pleased with the quality. Hope it never changes, I'm super happy :)

Now it's the second or third time I've bought this large sized bag of organic, dried, fluffy yellow-orange flowers - remarkable color and texture. The aroma and flavor is excellent and the value is beyond excellent. I find calendula tea to be medicinal. Of course, I use it for relaxation like everybody else, yet mostly I use it for health benefits. It's my belief that this tea is medicinal although I admit I don't know exactly how, just how it makes me feel. I can't even think of a better value in terms of herbal tea. I mix this with chamomile tea when I prepare it.

I purchased this marshmallow root specifically for my herbal remedies, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The product came perfect. The root pieces were clean, well-cut, and exactly what I was hoping for. I drink a wide variety of loose leaf teas. I ordered this product for the benefits to women and stuff. The white fluff is unusual but also noted it in other buyers' pictures. Seems like a filler of sorts but the tea brewed and steeped nicely. The taste is floral and light. 3 Tbs in my pot created a nice rich colored smooth tasting Raspberry tea. While I drank it warm for the first taste, I typically ice my teas after they have cooled down and store in fridge to drink over the next few days. Cannot attest to any benefits as of yet but when the morning comes, I have expectations.

Amazingly fresh. The smell when you open the bag is very fragrant. I sprinkle the flowers on my Holland Lop's hay as forage treat. She goes crazy over it and it's a great way to add healthy variety to her diet. We are on our second bag and will be ordering again soon. Very nice product.
