I grew up drinking Senna teas on several occasions. It's hard to find a good senna tea that actually works. This one does the job! I have a slow digestive system and knew I needed some natural help other than colonics. I drank it the day prior late afternoon and the next morning, senna to the rescue! This tea is gentle and works best when consumed warm or hot. I found that using just one bag wasn’t quite strong enough for me, so I started using two bags, which gave me the results I was looking for. While it’s not the most potent laxative tea I’ve tried, it’s still effective and does the job without causing a lot of discomfort. If I was looking something mild and easier on the stomach, this is a good option. Just keep in mind that you may need to adjust the strength to suit your needs. Worth every penny. I bought it to put into my morning tea to help my kidneys. I learned online that you could drink a concoction in the morning that could assist and dandelion leaf tea was key. I will me a repeat buyer for sure.
