I prefer the blue one over the light green one because the light green one requires you bite down and suck to get the water—as a nursing mama I try to discourage biting where I can, so we don’t use those types of spouts. I love that the blue one is fast flow because my babe has a preference for bottles that he can chug from. But it is not 100% leak proof. It’s like 70% leakproof. It will leak if left on its side. Tho it doesn’t leak a lot at once, it still leaks. So although I wanted to use it for traveling on the plane—especially due to the cap that would keep the spout clean, I couldn’t cause it would probably leak a bit in my bag. Toddler loves pressing the button and opening and closing the cover. Not leakproof, especially when turned upside down, but doesn't leak all the time, especially if kept mostly upright.

I like this water bottle, but I can't tell if my toddler does because she always wants to use mine. Anyway, it's got a sleek design, the straw works well, and it's fairly easy to open the top to drink out of. It's pretty easy to clean too. And I like the handle. No complaints. NB: This water bottle is not for your kid if they need spillproof. It does fine, but if you drop it while the top is up or turn it upside down, it will definitely spill. ... show more

    • Not Leak-Proof, But Better Than the Weighted Straw Cups

We were using those weighted straw cups for our son - we used them for our eldest (daughter) too, so we were prepared for how those would push milk up and leak leak leak. When I saw this, I thought we'd give it a try to replace those cups. These work really well as far as our 2 year old being able to use them - even open them on his own. However, if they are knocked over on the floor, milk/water/whatever will pretty much just pour out of that straw about 70% of the time. Oops! ... show more
