it definitely makes you sweat and works very well my only complaint is that the butt area of my pants ripped but i’m not wearing them anywhere but my house so i just patched them up with some duck tape. i was also doing a pretty strenuous workout so that was probably the reason. other than that they aren’t extremely comfortable but it works well and does the job! ... show more

If you want a great sweat.....well this is it. I used this sweat suit and I am getting my money's worth. The only think I don't like is the pants. It's a bit rigid compared to the top. I was expecting pockets so I can store my phone when I go walking.

I received this product a day late, which is fine. I received them on the 17th of this month. I use them that day the 18th and today which is the 19th. I went down to do a squat and my pants ripped. Other than that they worked really good for two days and a two minute workout after. Edit: I was able to get a new set which was out my house within a few days. I’ve tried them on and it seems like the pants are a lot smaller than they were last time I checked the size it says XXL so I’m just gonna be as careful as possible with these. I highly suggest to not do any kind of bending or deep bending or’s any kind of squats. ... show more
