This is probably one of the most cheap pieces of garbage i've purchased on amazon. 1. It smells HORRIBLE. Entire house smells from this tape dispenser, I cannot even explain the stench or what causes it. 2. Directions are in broken english which do not make sense. 3. Handle barely turns and the tape comes unstuck, making it impossible to even reach the cutter. 4. the side cutter with "safety" button, barely comes exposed enough to cut the tape. Returning.
