I love these pumps, it makes pumping on the go so convenient. I was worried that using wearable pumps would negatively impact my supply, but that is not the case with these pumps! One of the two pumps went bad after less than a month of use, it seemed to be a power issue because even on the highest setting there was barely any suction so it wasn’t able to express hardly any milk from that one breast (see picture) The instructions that came with it says to contact [email protected] for issues. It initially took a while to get a reply, but the company said that was because it was a national holiday in China. But once the holiday was over the company was really responsive. The company sent me a replacement pump which has been in use for a few days now. I noticed the new pump doesn’t clip into the little plastic protrusions on the milk reservoir as easily (second picture shows what I’m talking about), which sometimes leads to a poor seal on the diaphragm, and poor milk expression. So I just make sure to pay attention before putting the pumps on to make sure it’s clicked all the way in, which solves the problem. Part of me wonders if that was the issue with the last pump, and I just didn’t notice? Hopefully this helps other mom trouble shoot any problems they have. Automatic mode starts at level 1 and automatically increases the level every 20 seconds until it reaches level 9. I’ve found level 9 is too strong for me, so I usually end up using massage mode at level 7, which is perfect. The pumps turn off automatically after 20 minutes. I find I need more like 30 minutes to get fully empty, but it’s not a hardship to turn the pumps back on for another 10 minutes. The reservoir themselves have a really large capacity, almost 7 oz. The large capacity is useful, especially at night when I go longer between pumping sessions, thus need the larger capacity. I like that the pumps came with a bra strap extenders for my nursing bra, as I noticed I get more milk output when my bra is slightly looser and the pump is not crushed against my breast tissue. These pumps are also mostly quiet. While my coworkers can definitely hear them when we are sitting in our quiet office, that is not the case when I’m in our slightly louder clinic or meeting with patients. Just the sound of me talking at a normal level is enough to mask the sound of these pumps. While I normally would remove a star for getting a defective pump in the first place, I find the value for money and the responsiveness of the company sending a replacement more than makes up for it! Other wearable pumps (Willow and Elvie) are just so dang expensive, but these affordable pumps do just as good of a job! So it’s a five star review for me.

TLDR: *Pros:* - Decently quiet, at least in automatic mode - Has already pumped more milk than my Zomee double electric pumps and that’s after 2 days of not being able to pump at all and my supply dwindling because of that - Suction is gentle and hardly noticeable at all after a few minutes - Cleaning and drying is an absolute breeze - They fit inside my nursing bras no problem - Charges from dead to full battery in at least 2 hours - Charge lasts for several pumping sessions *Cons:* - One motor is stronger than the other I only just got the pumps last night, used them for the first time this morning, and I am already singing their praises! I’ve been without a pump for 2 days and have noticed a huge decrease in my already nearly nonexistent supply, so I wasn’t expecting to get anything close to even half an ounce total from both breasts. Imagine my surprise when I poured out my milk and there was about an ounce there! That’s more than I was getting with my wired Zomee breast pumps just a couple of days ago, and that’s with an already incredibly diminished supply! On top of that, the automatic mode is decently quiet. You can still hear the motors for sure, but I’m betting if you were in a busier environment than a quiet house, it’d be almost impossible to hear! The expression mode seemed to be a little louder, but I can’t really attest to that because I changed it immediately to automatic. The force of the suction isn’t overbearing at all, either! In fact, I only felt light discomfort at the strongest setting and it was only for a moment before I couldn’t hardly feel it at all! If it weren’t for the sound of the motors, I could’ve easily forgotten that I was pumping entirely. The pumps are ridiculously easy to clean, which was one of the reasons I liked these since there were fewer parts to clean as well! And they fit inside my nursing bras no problem. I can’t speak to the battery life or how quickly they charge yet simply because I haven’t had them long enough and I didn’t pay a lick of attention to how long it took them to charge last night! Overall, I sincerely can’t recommend this pump enough. I of course will be putting it to the test with time and will update my review if any of this changes! *4/23/23 UPDATE* The pumps charge relatively quickly in my opinion, and they last for a while. They’ve charged from completely dead to full battery in at least 2 hours, which is perfect for me because I cluster pump that often. I have noticed that one motor is stronger than the other, which somehow hasn’t seemed to affect my production at all, but it has created unequal soreness which has been annoying and unpleasant. Overall, I’d still highly recommend these pumps, especially for the price. And if you’re an undersupplier like me, look into cluster pumping. It works wonders!

I like how this pump is more discreet than my previous hands-free pump with a slightly larger capacity. The automatic shut off is also helpful so I don't need to constantly keep an eye on the clock. Good, comfortable suction.When a problem with the motor did arise, the customer service associate was very responsive and helpful in resolving the problem.

One of the batteries malfunctioning after about 2 weeks of use; not water damaged or dropped & fully charged- does not stay on any level except 1; able to change to higher levels with (+) button but automatically goes back down by itself instantly- unable to buy batteries separately from whole pump-- other than that issue it is a very good wearable pump with great suction and timely manner of milk collection

Terrible customer service from manufacturer. After one month, one pump stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they would send out another motor only after I left a five star review. Why would I do that? Needless to say, I never received a replacement pump. I would not purchase from this company ever again and recommend you buy a Momcozy. It may be a few extra dollars but at least they will honor your purchase.
