They work great and the grip is decent only problem is when you first get them they do smell like rubber for the first couple days but it goes away, other than that I’ve loved them I’ve been using them for weeks and they no longer smell I would recommend buying a pair of workout gloves if you use them a lot due to the fact that using them a lot would cause your hands too start too blister but I wouldn’t blame it on the product it happens with every dumbbell I have ever used. I was a little worried about having just metal handgrips, but so far they have been great and don’t slip at all! I ordered 2 of the 20lb weights and the heptagon shape makes for holding one dumbbell easy. Overall very happy with the product!
