We purchased this in June last year and have made use of it for the last several months. We have limited use for it, which is why we wanted a less expensive OTDR option that could test our fiber and show us distances. We've used it maybe 3 or 4 times since we got it. Recently, we found that it would not work. It seems to power on, though the display won't turn on and it won't connect to a PC any longer, rendering it completely unusable. UPDATE 3-8-2023 Support contacted me about my review and they made great efforts to correct the problem. They offered information on usage and sent us a new battery to see if that would fix our issue, but unfortunately, it did not. When I told them it was still not working, they immediately refunded us for the entire cost of the device. I wasn't expecting such exceptional customer service, but they delivered and then some. Because of this, I've adjusted my rating to 4 stars due to Qiirunco's willingness to resolve our issue. ... show more

Hi, We bought it last December and we only turned it on to verify its operation, this week 25-June-2023 we used it to do some tests and when passing the tests to the computer it stopped working, the screen stayed black and the leds only indicate the power in green and the VFL indicator in orange. It seems to power on and off but the display stay black and not connect to the computer. ... show more
