Yearly I trim my boxwood shrubs which are surrounded by mulch. If I rake up the clippings I pick up lots of mulch as well. I decided to apply mulch glue around the shrubs, single application with a sprinkling can. After letting the glue dry for two days, I trimmed the shrubs, then broke out my old Sears and Roebuck 5 gallon shop vac and vacuumed up the clippings. OMG, what a time saver! Seller sent replacement after reporting that when1 gallon was used, rocks loosen up after heavy rain. Re applied this time with less water 20% instead of 50%, rocks are holding firm this time. Recommended

I bought two gallons of this, mixing them at a ratio of 1:1 with water and applying it with a garden spray pump. The glue, when freshly applied, is light blue in color, which makes it very easy to see where you've applied it, which is very helpful. It dries clear in about 5-10 minutes. The instructions say you can dilute the glue as much as 1:4 (1 part glue to 4 parts water), but I found diluting it just 1:1 as I did made the product less adhisive than I would have preferred. My mulch is laid on a hill, and when it rains, it washes down the hill. My hope was this mulch glue would hold the bark mulch in place. However, by my diluting the glue, the mulch still washes a bit...but not near to the level it used to. I think had I applied some more (diluted) treatments, or had I applied it full strength, it would have worked up to my expectations. I would buy again. Therefore, I'm giving it 5 stars. ... show more

Mulch glue that does not glue mulch. No matter how much of this mulch glue I spread on the mulch, and yes, I waited for warm sunny weather and gave it time for glue to settle in in between coating. Not worth the money or hype.

It's the way to go if you have gravel or mulch you don't want moving! Never used this before and after putting some pea gravel down for some landscaping, I came across this and thought, "What the hell? Let's try it" I'm glad I did. THIS stuff works! Mix 2 parts water to 1 part glue. Sprays out neon blue so you can see what you've covered and dries clear! Must put two plus coats 24 hours apart depending on how thick you have laid gravel. Like photos and description! Worked better than I thought it would! Easy spray-on application. Be sure to order enough to cover area with 2 coats as per description and instructions to get solid adhesion on pea gravel! And don't walk on sprayed gravel for at least 48hrs after 2nd coat.
