Not a black rug. Is a dark blue for sure. I still think it is a pretty rug but definitely not black like I ordered. I do like that it is washable. It is very lightweight and soft, but makes it so we can't vacuum with our regular vacuum. Luckily we have a roomba and that works fine on it. It is very thin and flat(for washing obviously) so if you are wanting plush, this may not be for you. ... show more
