Update: The product did not met the needs for my business, specifically. Although, overall, it is a well functioning product which works exactly as defined. On top off that, their customer service is topnotch, definitely the best I have yet to encounter on Amazon. It is important to them that the products they sell meet every expectation of their customers! I highly recommend choosing this company to do business with. Good product, but definitely do your research. I just started sublimation and wasn't quite sure which press I should get, unfortunately this one is a bit too small and restricting for many of the cups and glass I am using. A lot of sublimation recommends heat at or above 400° for 10-15 mins, which this machine does not do and I have had to return to my oven for many things. Not super impressed.

Purchased for my skinny beer can glasses. Does a great job! I don’t like the way it sublimate mugs though, there’s ghosting on the side. I will keep my “name brand” mug press for that reason.

After my second time using it the mug press started smoking really bad I’m not sure why because it didn’t do that the first time so I’m returning it ti get another one. Maybe this one is defective.

Great beginners set, was worried about getting something other than the cricut mug press but this works well! Make sure to tighten it all the way or it won’t work correctly
