He said it provided solid support and noticeably reduced pain on his lower back.Of course, this belt is meant for temporary relief and support and shouldn’t be considered a replacement for professional medical care in the case of serious back issues. When I find myself using this, my back pain is minimal on bad days. Very happy for purchasing this item, since on most days, the support it provides, I don’t feel any of the aches or the pain I normally feel in my lower back.

This was a good size for me, well-built, and I will use it for my weightlifting. My old one was getting worn out, and I will still use it when I'm out in my garage working and doing heavy lifting.

    • Tend to curl up on your waist/back
This is the second one I've bought, and they work well for a while; but eventually because of their weaker fabric, they tend to curl up around your waist and back rather than support you as they should. While they were new, they worked well, but not so well now!

I read a lot of reviews before buying this one and I must admit I was hesitant looking at it but the reviews - both on Amazon and other sites- were instrumental in my purchasing it. It is very comfortable, much more so than others that I've worn. I can wear it much longer. I have a floating rib that goes out far too easily and pinches a nerve which is miserable.
