This thing is tiny. The small/medium is stated to fit a 22” - 34” waist yet I could barely get it to fit around my 27” waist. It’s impossible to even breathe in this, let alone get lower back support from it. After reading the other reviews it seems like I won’t be able to return this item, either. I injured literally every one of my left hip rotator muscles severely, to the point the inflammation and tightness was causing pressure on my sciatic nerve, mimicking sciatica, making it difficult to sit in any position without pain. This brace has been incredible, it keeps my posture upright from my lower back, the stability has reduced pain more than I thought was possible. Definitely want to inform other consumers, the S/M (size I bought), is very small. I wear a 24 or 0 in pants, straight athletic figured, it’s pretty tight on me. It’s perfect for what I need it for, but the closures are closer to the maximum size than not. Any larger, I would absolutely recommend the OS or the size up from the S/M. The support is good but I bought a small/medium and I think I would have been better off with the next size up. I don't have a belly or anything but this just fits. It's a bit tight. I know you need it tight for support but this is just making it around me.

For me it was hard to get “strapped on” and I ordered according to my body measurements but I want to put it on to do heavy tasks, so over my clothing. I am returning it and have ordered the OSFA instead. I am 5’8” and 125lbs. This support is nice and thick yet flexible. The description for the S/M size says it fits up to a 32 inch waist. but I have a 32 inch waist and it didn't come close to fitting. I laid it on the table and measured it and it's 29 inches long. If you really stretched it you could make the two ends meet, but you still wouldn't have the overlap needed for the velcro. In the Q/A section the seller states the S/M is 35 inches long when laid flat, which is incorrect. See my photo. The belt is NON-returnable (I tried), so I feel I have been ripped off. I believe that Amazon should remove this item to prevent a continuous flow of customers who buy this belt, find it is too small, and can't return it. ... show more
