It's CHEAP, but at $19 you can't expect much in terms of "quality". Flimsy? Without a doubt.....but keep in mind the racks are essentially wire hangers, at least they feel like em. Perhaps just a hair more durable, but naa let's stick with wire shirt hangers. I'll get use out of it for now, but never buy anything like this again, it's pretty cheap. You're gonna have to be very selective if what you place on these "racks" or wire hangers, weight will very much matter, and what level you wanna place them on. You'll see it immediately, what I'm and others are talking about. I don't understand why almost 100% of the things out there like this are of such flimsy quality. Pictures make it look good, but I kinda knew from the price (and other reviews) this is how it would turn out. I'm searched far and wide to try and find a solid steel variety of this product, something you'd expect to pay a premium for (over $100) but it seems this is all there is. You get what you pay for is very true here, and certainly don't buy those charging $30+ for these, hell no!! ... show more

Sturdy and doesn't tip. Feels substantial enough that I think it's good value. Does the job of organizing my pots and pans, reducing the need to nest them which can sometimes to be maddening to manage.
