I’m deeply disappointed with this bed. While my daughter was trying out her new bed, the bars came off and the bed bent, and she fell inside, potentially injuring herself. I’ve tried contacting the seller, but they’re demanding that I return the item I spent time assembling. They expect me to disassemble the entire bed and return it? Absolutely not! I want my refund, and I don’t even want to replace the bed.

I'm very happy with this trundle bed frame. The metal construction with steel slat support makes it incredible stable and durable. The pop-up trundle feature is a great space0saver and works perfectly for hosting guests. IT's a good sized and fits nicely in my guest room. Love the bed but not even 12 hours later was the bottom bed frame bent down the middle of it. So now it isn’t able to be used. Still waiting on response to see what will be done to rectify the situation.

I wanted a bed that was easy to store and save space, so I placed an order. This choice told me that I was right. It is not difficult to assemble, as each part has its own code, but it requires the cooperation of two people. There are two twin size beds, conveniently folded and stored under another bed. The quality is also very good, there is a portable plug, and it also comes with an LED light .I personally feel very satisfied.

I wish I would’ve done more of my research. DO NOT PURCHASE! The quality of this product is terrible. Not easy to assemble. Unfortunately, I am unable to return. I am prime member and it mentioned free return, but when I tried to return there was a large charge. Don’t waste your time on purchasing and trying to assemble. Look elsewhere.

The original order came with stripped screws and bent rails but after complaining to the seller they sent another complete set to compensate. I was able to replace the pieces and give my son the bed he wanted. LED lights very cheap and don't stick.
