  • Excellent Keyboard
The media could not be loaded. TLDR; PROS and CONS found at the bottom of the review DISCLAIMER: I would like to note that this is my first mechanical keyboard in a very long time (more than 10 years) as I have mostly used membrane keyboard with laptops. I would also like to note that I purchased this for $11.00 instead of the original $99.00 due to a sale and gift card I received. I will do my best to list all the positive and negatives, though. I absolutely love this keyboard. It feels nice and hefty and the materials do not feel as cheap as some describe it. The keys feel good to press on and the tactile switches make a nice click that is not too loud yet not too soft either. The LED RGB options are also fantastic, as there's multiple effects and modes you can have the keyboard on to make it more exciting to type. There're also different colors you can choose from but I havent seen a way to specify a color range yet (such as having only cool or warm colors) but you can select from a handful of colors. The low-profile is also nice since I prefer it over the standard key cap heights I've tested in local stores. At first the font and sub-scripts on some of the keycaps looked awkward to me bit I ended getting used to them within a day, and it's really the feel that made my like this keyboard. I use this keyboard for writing papers and playing video games and it feels great. ===================================== PROS: + Excellent lightning and keycap whitening (letters are visible without LED on) + Low-profile + Tactile feedback feels responsive and has a good click sound. + Good amount of customization with the LED and RGB settings for casual users - configured using the keys and no software (seek manual for instructions). + Material and weight feels good, does not feel cheap. + Design looks great. CONS: - An expensive keyboard at normal price ($99.00 at the time of this review) but possibly still worth the purchase compared to other competitors at this price range. - Limited LED and RGB configurations for people who like to be specific or have a color range. ... show more

  • My god no wonder it keep selling out. "MSI Vigor GK50 Low Profile RGB"
One of the best keyboards I have ever used ... and I tried out 50 different kinds. The typing feeling and the lights are just perfect. I got this for like 60$. Worth every penny. I bought key boards that are 30$ to 20$ but this one is one of the best.

  • Great feel clicky is not to loud and feels good
Keyboard worked as expected Now down to personal preference Key stroke has good travel, good activation pressure for someone like me who fumbles while typing/ no accidental key strokes, great low profile keyboard, nice bright rgb, works in BIOS, Only con is im not a fan of the icons and font on the keys but its different so to each there own In my very personal opinion it is better then all razor key boards I have tried (razor clicky is to clicky and razor software is too intrusive), better the Logitech g815 (Logitech was a MASSIVE keyboard to big for my desk with slightly to light actuation force) and all other keyboards were tactile and linear which i have learned is not my preference so i wont talk about those ... show more

  • I Love It
Everything about this keyboard is amazing to me, but there are a lot of differing desires when it comes to a keyboard, so it will ultimately depend on what you're after. Do you want pretty lights and a sweet design? Got you right here. During the day I find I quite enjoy the mode that lights up wherever I press a key. Zoom zoom go the lights across the board and it's quite pleasing. At night I like the pulse, with or without zoomies. The brightness is just right for me as well. Aside from the lights... DRAGON. METAL. Very stylish. Looking for a smaller keyboard because you have smol hands and/or less desk space? Yep, this one is perfect. My last keyboard was very chunky, both the keys and the overall space it took on my desk. For most people, larger size probably wouldn't be an issue, but because my hands are quite small it actually hurt to stretch and then press those big keys. This keyboard is the perfect size for me. I'm finding I'm more accurate because of it, which overall makes me faster. While most might consider it a downside, I prefer the lack of handrest. The bigger keyboards with such a feature are too big for my setup and if my hand needs a rest it's fine just chilling on my desk. The built-in rests tend to just get in my way. Want something that feels good to type on? Heck yeah, this thing is great. The key presses feel very clicky and responsive. This is, of course, where the noise issue will come in for many people. If you don't want something that feels and thus sounds clicky, you'll want something else. It is quite loud, but I enjoy it. I would highly recommend holding onto the plastic protector that comes with it and just place that over top of the keyboard when not in use to keep this work of art sparkly clean. Just a small unintended bonus they gave people like me who like a clean keyboard, but endure a constant struggle with dust and cat hair... ... show more

  • Perfect for office and gaming use
This keyboard is now one of my favorites to use. It offers the RGB integration to be used with mystic light, and from what I can tell, it can represent RGB values correctly. One easy way to check if your RGB lights display the colors precisely is to display some color similar to peach. This keyboard passed the test and showed the peach color correctly. My previous keyboard and RGB devices have not been able to get the same color accuracy as this keyboard has been able to too. I highly trust that MSI has designed this keyboard to last a very long time in terms of build quality. The key switches in this keyboard allow for a perfect balance for gaming and office work. The weight of actuation force that is needed to press the keys allows for fewer minor typing mistakes and typos. I have seen what other reviews mention about the space bar, but a little lubrication could help when the spacebar starts feeling scratchy. Overall I highly recommend this keyboard for all users. ... show more

  • Numpad 8 dosen't work.
Numpad 8 acts like it's being held down when you push it, a little irritating for how much it costs, but otherwise works great as a gaming keyboard.
