For a gaming laptop it gets quite hot due to how thin it is, although it is not a problem as such if you use an external keyboard, apart from that everything I have tested runs without any drama, very good screen, short battery life , but once plugged in everything was great

The media could not be loaded. I love this laptop! I use it almost everyday, mostly for gaming, I play the sims all the time. It was super easy to set up and transfer everything from my old laptop. The picture is very clear. It’s very lightweight, easy to carry around and transport. It’s more than worth the sale price that I paid for it! I’ve had it for the first half of this year already and I’ve never had any issues with the quality. The computer was a piece of junk. Don't waste your time or money. It's advertised as a high end gaming computer but the computer ran too hot to use and crashed constantly. We returned the computer and we are now getting ripped off by the the return process which is charging 50% of the cost of the computer as a refund fee ... show more

The laptop runs very hot, even with a fan. I only game on the laptop, though. If you plan on gaming on the laptop, I would upgrade the RAM by either 8 (24) or 16 (32). I plan on upgrading mine to 32.
