Still awaiting seller to help, give feedback, refund my purchase. Used for about 20h so far. Now, battery refuses to charge. The laptop was a gift for my brother, now half way across the world....no way of returning. Thought it was a bad charger.....spent more money to get a new one. NOTHING. Would again have to spend more money to get a local person to run diagnostics. Unacceptable in my view. For the price, i expect better quality control. Would update review, pending sellers response....but as of now, ur playing russian roulette buying this device from DealX October 2023 UPDATE! - Well its been a while, but the guys at DealX came through. I guess things happen we cant control. They have been working with me from the very begining, the main delay was getting the device to them from all the way Europe. They were able to fix the device, and offered free shipping to me or a 100% refund!! (No restocking fee). I wouldve gladly taken back the laptop, because its really a good machine....but i got another out of desperation, and therefore dont need two. Hats off to DealX for prompt attention to issues, and service to customers. More suppliers should be like this. Would def be revisiting when i need another device. ... show more
