I bought it from Amazon shipped by Amazon and they really did a good job making sure it didn't get knocked around during transit and delivery. When I opened it up they are not lying this laptop is super thin and very light. No not light very light❤️. The laptop is running very smooth and fast. If you go to open a game and you blink once then look back the game is up and rdy to go. The only issue I see that I don't like about it is that when your playing very demanding games that fan kicks on and is booken it. So like others have said get a cooling pad just in case. I haven't gotten one yet because even though it gets a little warm I can game for 3+ hours and it never gets over heat. I just don't wanna put all the stress on the 2 fans built in. I kobe this laptop. I feel like there's nothing I can't do with it. It's powerful. I do see like the rest how it gets hot fast but it depends how bright you put your display light on. It does t do that with me much. The battery life doesn't last long ger than like 3 to 4 hours with lights lower. But this is an amazing computer. Worth the price ... show more

Extremely Pleased! The only disappointing aspect is the sad 512gb drive on A GAMING COMPUTER and memory upgrade as I kept getting not enough memory errors with the 8gigs on the 1 game that fit. In 2025, a game usually sits at 120gigs or more on average. Within 3 days I had no choice but to break my warranty and add a 2TB SATA SSD and 64gigs of DDR4-3200. No issues and has been a great gaming rig. Just make sure you have a proper fan trey under for long gameplay. Keeps everything at 70°C with adjustments made. Cyberpunk2077, no problem. This is a really good laptop that so far plays every title I throw at it with ease. I’ve played a few sessions of the latest Call of Duty and it’s performed very well. It can get a little hot so having a cooling pad is recommended. Well I did my research on this laptop and compared it to my old laptop. The processor on the mail was 300% better and the graphics card was 200% better. It was good the first day however when I trued to play Fortnite with the “recommended” settings it was lagging like crazy and the frames kept on dropping. Sometimes on my dell laptop I would have Netflix running as well when I’m playing and no issues. On the msi laptop when I would play and then put on Netflix when I went back to Netflix it would keep on buffering and lag a bit. Overall it’s not that great of a laptop performance wise. Maybe I got a bad laptop? Then one day I went to restart my computer for a update and it gave me the black loading screen of death and the only way to fix it is to open the laptop but that would void the warranty. ... show more
