Didn't work out of the box. Complete with day 0 wrapping and all. I looked online for others with this issue and the best I could find was to either RMA or send it back to amazon. I let it charge for 4 hours out of the box, hit the power button, and it didn't even boot. I've since then sent it back to amazon and it's been nearly a complete month since I've dropped it off at a UPS location and they still haven't refunded it. Arrived with a well tailored sleeve, thin microfiber cloth, and power brick in a fine wood box. This laptop is stellar. From Port options to display quality to performance, it is a top notch product. I use this professionally as a landscape architect for drafting and rendering and highly recommend.
