The order was fulfilled quickly and arrived within a couple of days of ordering. My son took it off to his freshman year of college and two weeks later it started showing the error in the attached image. He contacted MSI support who suggested trying to reset Windows to see if that would help. The reset did not succeed and MSI Support said we should return the laptop. We were still in the time window to return the laptop to the seller so we did that. Amazon facilitated the return and the refund was processed promptly. I didn't want to give the seller a 1-star rating on this transaction since I didn't see any indication that they were to blame but the laptop clearly did not work out for us. We bought another brand of laptop with a similar configuration and are hoping for a better experience. ... show more
