I was impressed with this laptop once I got it. It ran all my games right out of the box with little difficulty. I did increase the ram in this to 32 GB, only because I also work in 3D art and I wanted to ensure I could run those 3D programs without a hitch. Pros - Works great out of the box. Very nice laptop for the price Cons - Needed just a bit more ram for my liking Battery life can be a bit short depending on what you're doing. Sometimes the battery runs down in as little as 2 hours. My old laptop's battery would last 4 hrs minimum, 6 hrs if I wasn't playing games online. I wish the power on button was located in a different spot. I really have been impressed started 3 d printing and this computer has been able to handle everything that I need it to. I have seen other review .The listing said windows 10 and it actuallycomes with windows 11. This is not going to lose a star in my eyes. I do think the case needs to be a little more durable. I also think the connect for charging wire is lacking it is not a tight fit also in middle of laptop . All others that Iam familiar and comfortable with are located in back. The loose fit of plug does not allow true connection everytime. I thought Iwas charging it one night come to find out next morning it never charged. So with that loss of 1 star because of charger connect. ... show more

This is the worst laptop ever it doesn't connect to any internet and don't even bother contacting for help they ignore every message and when ou return the laptop they don't even give you back your money I have never had a worst experience with a brand before I will never be buying again and I will be telling everyone I know to never get one ... show more

I had this gaming laptop for one year and it been doing very good I love it I play Steam games on it and watch movies on Discord with my brother so this is worth buying but you need to have a hard drive that all.
