I'm gonna be honest, this is not a good value card whatsoever. You can easily get a much better GPU for the same $200 price point, such as an AMD Rx 6600, or 6650. However, when it comes to small form factor builds, or builds where all you have is the power supplied from the pcie slot, this little card excells. It out performs other low profile cards like the GTX 1650, and 1050 ti, but it is still affordable and gives decent performance.     • Good upgrade for older desktop PCs!
This card replaced an older GeForce 1050 TI 4 GB in my Acer XC 1660 desktop. My UserBenchmark scores improved drastically after installing this GPU. I love that this video card does NOT need a separate power connector. The standard 300 watt power supply in my Acer PC is more than enough to run this unit. If you want to upgrade your PC and need faster speeds than a GeForce 1050 TI or 1650 this card does the job. I can easily play Roblox, Minecraft, Fortnite and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 with this GeForce RTX 3050 6 Gb. It’s a lot cheaper than buying a brand new computer. The fans do get loud when under heavy load like playing flight simulator but all video cards I’ve had do that. When I’m just reading websites I don’t hear the fans at all.
