  • Maybe I got a dud, card did not last
I needed a graphics card for my new budget build. I chose this card after a lot of comparison due to the newer architecture and reviews found on the web. The card was an easy install. Benchmark tests show that is is running comparable to a GTX 1080. Which is nice because the RTX 2060 costs much less and has a smaller form factor, plus it has ray tracing support. I was able to test a few games so far, see below for frame rates. Through all the bench marking and testing on this card I never once got this above 60C. Benchmarks are in this order - Vulkan 1080p, DX12 1440p, DX12 High, DX12 multiple scenario. Games: Red Dead Redemption 2: 40-70 FPS on ultra graphics 7 Days To Die : 60+ FPS on max settings, this game is horribly optimized so this may not be your experience Torchlight 2 : 150+FPS, game is older and lightweight graphics wise but wanted to report. The Witcher 3 : 70-100 FPS on ultra settings Skyrim (modded) - 60-90 Fps on ultra I will update this list as more games are tested. UPDATE ------------------------------------------------- After approximately 2-3 weeks this card began misbehaving. Screen would flicker on and off, display would crash when opening a game etc.. Temperatures stayed cool but what good is a graphics card that does not work reliably. I returned this card and decided to go with the XFX Rx 5700 - https://amzn.to/3aOO4Lc, definitely do not regret my decision as this card not only costs less but is higher in performance than the RTX 2060. ... show more

  • Perfect for a starter computer
I bought this around New Years and have played multiple games. All of them have been on ultra settings and stayed above 60 fps. The fans either rarely kick on or I can't hear them while they are. It's a pretty good graphics card for the price as well. Struggles a bit on Modern Warfare though. Update: Played many games on it since. It's able to run modern warfare extremely well, the struggling was due to me. I have played Red Dead with near ultra quality and it stays at a constant 60. ... show more

  • Decent Card
Usually MSI has whisper quiet cards in this line, I was slightly disappointed at the default noise level. Otherwise, it's fine for some baseline RTX capability at lower resolutions.

  • Overheated and killed itself after a week.
I was using the card under moderate use during the week while I worked, getting the frames I expected to get, which were good, but not outstanding. Then I had the weekend free to play a bit more. I had some friends over and we were playing superhot in VR, halfway through the game the game completely froze for a couple minutes before the computer restarted without me touching it. Upon restart my screen would go completely black for 30 seconds whenever I would try to do something, whether that be the windows button on my keyboard or opening an application. I managed to look at temperatures and the graphics card was somewhere in the mid to high 70 degree range. Not good. I took it apart to see minimal, poorly applied thermal paste. I clean it and put some thermal paste I had on and the graphics card worked better than it did before... for a day. Then the screen went completely black. I'm glad I saved my old graphics card, as I had heard the 2000 series cards were known to get warm and wanted to be safe. The 2060 itself isn't a bad card, however I don't recommend this specific one. ... show more

  • This card is incredible
This card is absolutely amazing for 1080p gaming at a high frame rate. The RGB looks beautiful and looks amazing for vertical mounting. If you have the money to spend I'd go for a 2060 Super. It adds another 2GB of GDDR6 memory for even more gaming performance. 10/10 would recommend for mid to high performance gaming. ... show more

  • Great card for the price
Awesome graphics card. I haven’t had problems with it like some of the reviews on this product but will post an update if there is any.

  • Works as expected and shipped quickly
Using this card with Overwatch on a 244Hz monitor and it works well with my home built system.

  • Great card.
This card will play any game you throw at it over 60 fps and it looks pretty to. Also has some ray tracing as a bonus.
