Awesome unit for a reasonable price! I was planning to do my own build but the price of video cards was just too high. So just by chance, I happened to look at this unit. I couldn't find a 4000 series Nvidia video card let alone find one under $1,000. Turns out this unit came with an Nvidia 4070 plus an entire computer along with it to boot! So i ordered it and received it in just two days. When I rfirst turned it on and was very dismayed to learn that everything was in Italian, including a very weird keyboard layout. I struggled to set it up in Italian but just couldn't pull it off. So I called MSI customer support and to my amazement, I had a tech on the phone in less than ten minutes. The tech walked me through how to restore everything to the default factory settings and I was back in business in another ten minutes. My last experience with hardware tech support was with Asus during an attempted build gone wrong. That took literally DAYS to get anywhere and I never did resolve my problem with an incompatibility between my AMD cpu and the Asus motherboard BIOS. So I was just soooooo very happy that MSI had adequate customer support !! ... show more

I absolutely love this PC! The performance is fantastic—everything from gaming to multitasking has been super smooth. The specs are exactly what I was looking for, and it looks great on my desk. That said, when it first arrived, the audio wasn’t working at all, which was a bit of a letdown. I wasn’t thrilled about the idea of mailing it back for repairs, but thankfully, their support team was amazing. They walked me through a full factory reset step-by-step, and that fixed the issue completely. Since then, everything’s been running flawlessly. When you review the description of the motherboard it says it has 4 memory slots yet it only comes with 2 which sucks because I was thinking of putting 4 sticks of ram I had already bought so beware of that notice

Beautiful build, runs quickly, Wi-Fi antenna is included with the computer. It has a good memory capacity for most games, and stays cool with the fans. Also you can turn on different rgb for the fans and customize it in your way.
