Honestly a great purchase I finances mine through affirm it costs a little more this way but is still much more convenient and honestly I prefer it over my original Asus Rog ALLY the system is very user friendly in my honest personal opinion, the bumpers are angled slightly weird which takes a bit to get used to but, when you get used to it it is such a game changer it's able to handle ghost of tsushima with high graphics when plugged in with hardly any stuttering, the fans are slightly loud but it keeps the system cool and functional plus the heat exhaust doesn't come out of the back near your hands preventing burns.     • Needs more RAM?
Bought this to travel with. Still messing with it, but I can't play Spiderman 2. Crashes every time, even after adjusting the graphics settings. So far plays GTA V and Miles Morales just fine. Have maybe an hr of battery life but that's expected. Had to buy a stand with an HDMI outlet to connect to a TV (not necessary of course but works great). I do enjoy it as I'm slowly delving into the PC world (Xbox for life) so I'm gonna keep messing with it. Maybe needed more ram? 4 stars because I can't play Spiderman 2 ... show more

Gave me too many problems right from the beginning. Touchscreen wouldn’t work and it appears that the MSI Quick Setting encountered some sort of corruption since I couldn’t change any of the options with the joysticks. The device would get stuck on Gamepad and i couldn’t change it back to Desktop mode. All available updates from Windows and MSI were installed. First-generation devices are sometimes not ready for Prime Time, and the MSI Claw is no exception. ... show more

    • Wifi didn't work
I couldn't get past setting the MSI Claw up because it couldn't find any kind of wifi and I called customer support. They told me to reset it and if that didn't work to send it back and thats what I had to do. I sent it back to amazon.

    • Terrible GPU
Don’t buy. Graphics card consistently fails even after several driver updates, windows updates, Msi updates and even a bios update. Returning and looking for something else that can actually handle steam games like call of duty or 2nd this definitely can’t.

    • The Reviews Are Kinda Off, The Battery Does Suck Though.
This thing isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be, I think the Ubisoft being out cause its an older device sucks, but For what I Paid, I think it was a really good Choice. However if your looking for a Better Battery that will last a good 4 hours get the Asus or The Legion Go, However this is good on Certain games, Especially Skyrim at an Average Of 144 FPS. ... show more
