  • Works Perfect
Style: i7-10700K/RTX 3070/1TB SSD + 1TB HDD
Love it. Plays everything on ultra with RTX. Made Cyberpunk 2077 playable and beautiful for me. Super quiet, hardly makes any noise and the screen filters out front and on top are easily removable and easy to clean. Almost the same price as an RTX 3070 by itself in some places thanks to crypto mining spiking demand for GPUs. ... show more

  • Great value in the current market
Style: i7-10700K/RTX 3070/1TB SSD + 1TB HDD
With the current market for GPU's buying a prebuilt is probably the best way to get one, and it'd be hard to find a better deal for the money than this one. With many pre-builts you don't quite know what you're gonna get for internals, here you know everything possible will be the excellent MSI brand, from the liquid cooler to the motherboard and power supply and GPU. And oh that GPU. I don't know if the exact model of 3070 will be the same with each of these or if it depends what they had in stock when they made it but mine came with the excellent Suprim X 3070 which is one of the best they make. the cooling on this unit is incredible all around, temps rarely go over 50C even running modern games with ray-tracing and all performance preference options selected. I could wish it had more SSD storage or RAM rather than the hard drives, hard drives make no sense in a modern gaming computer IMO. The good thing is it has plenty of capability to add more SSD storage and RAM in the future if you wish. only other issue was that XMP was not enabled in the BiOS, so i had to enable that manually to get the full speed out of the installed RAM. all in all, it's a beast of a computer you would be hard pressed to find a better deal on even ordering something custom. ... show more

  • Faulty video card
Style: i7-10700K/RTX 3090/1TB SSD + 2TB HDD
2 out of 3 of the fans on the RTX 3090 don't work. I realized when I noticed my vram temperatures hitting 110 Celsius. As soon as I saw that, I turned it off, let it cool down, and then turned it back on. Upon inspection of the card, I noticed that only one of the three fans were spinning. All efforts to get the other two to turn on have failed. I now have a very expensive heater. If this problem gets resolved I'll increase the rating. Until then, as I said before, I bought an extremely expensive heater, and the fact that I have it but can't use it is driving me crazy--on top of costing me additional income from lost work. 😭😭😭 (Update) Their solution to this problem is for me to send the computer back and they'll give me a refund--not even an exchange. Basically I'd have to wait for my computer to get there, have them inspect it, and after three days they'll refund me the money--I'd bet there would be restocking fees also. It took me hours getting this thing set up--all the software I need, libraries, linux subsystem, etc, plus trouble shooting trying to get the fans working took me two days only to discover it was definitely faulty hardware. Gonna just hang on to it and fix the card myself. Bought some additional fans that help keep the temps under control, and I found some replacement fans online. If those don't work, I'll just slap a water block on it and move on. Aside from the malfunctioning hardware, let me explain what it's like working on this computer. In short, it looks good but the design is entirely impractical--aka the case looks cool but it's seriously a pain in the ___ to work on. There's a giant box with no access ports that surrounds the power supply unit (PSU), and it takes up about a quarter of the space inside of the case. I have no idea why this case was designed this way--any time I want to plug or unplug anything from the PSU, I have to fight past a jumble of RGB led cables that completely obscure all vision to the PSU, unscrew all screws connecting the PSU to the chassis, and completely pull the PSU out--just to plug something into it! I Couldn't even plug an extra fan into the mobo without disassembling something. For example, I had to pull the graphics card out because there was no space to fit my hands (to access the system fan ports on the motherboard) between that stupid box and video card. Lastly, the front fans on the case are covered by glass, and you can't take the glass off to increase airflow--which is terrible for a card that already has two out of three fans down. I would recommend finding a computer from someone else. These people weren't helpful at all, and they would have me wait probably over a week to get money back so that I can wait another week or so to order a new computer from somewhere else. I asked if I could send them the video card back and they send me a new one instead, they said no. After all the crap I went through, and paying $4,100, I expected better treatment--maybe I was asking for too much (a functioning video card in exchange for the broken one). Skytech has a computer--the prism is what it's called--that's a couple hundred bucks more, but is way better. The case has plenty of space to work in and it has more fans to keep everything cool. Also, amd ryzen processors are alot better at handling work tasks for video editing, cad, etc, and are indistinguishable from the intel when it comes to gaming. I wish I got that one instead. This processor is good, but it got beat down by the ryzen 9 3950x when it came to crypto mining xmonero. The Ryzen was yielding about 15,000 hashes per second at 90% capacity, where as the intel only garnered a meager 2,500 hashes per second running at 100% capacity. I'm really kicking myself for not getting the skytech one. And I'm so disappointed. All my excitement waiting for this computer turned to ashes in my mouth--as Tyrion would put it. Do yourself a favor and get a computer from somewhere else. If not for yourself, then as revenge for me--one who was wronged. They don't care about the small guys, and if something goes wrong for you, I expect that you'll get the same treatment as me. Again, I don't want a refund, I want a functioning video card that I paid for! Waiting for them to send me a shipping box, and then waiting for the computer to arrive at their store, and then waiting for them to inspect it, and then waiting for 3 days after they inspect for a refund--provided they don't find some other way to screw me there--the chore of shopping for a new computer with the right hardware that's in stock, and then waiting for shipping takes way too long and is more than I can stomach right about now. Also, I need a computer in the mean time. I loathe this company. Pass on this, there are many better computers than this one, and this company doesn't help either. ... show more

  • Awesome computer, but....
Style: i7-10700K/RX 6700 XT/1TB SSD + 1TB HDD
I've had it for about 9 months now. Machine itself runs flawlessly. Does everything I want it to do and then sone. BUT, the cpu cooler is garbage. CPU is idling at 97C. Computer is shutting itself down due to CPU Overheat. The pump makes a terrible noise at startup. I have had to replace it in less than a year. Shouldn't be that way, but a good excuse to upgrade. ... show more

  • Best 3090 pre-built imo
Style: i7-10700K/RTX 3090/1TB SSD + 2TB HDD
Bought this pre-built as finding a new 3090 alone isn't worth it when you can get a full pc for a little more. This is the best bang for the buck 3090 pc that I have found so far. You literally don't need anything else, although I did stick 32gb of 3466mhz ram from my other pc in this one. Mine came with the msi z490 a pro motherboard, ventus 3x oc 3090. Comes with Norton pre-installed and good for 3 months. I am very pleased with the pc, only gripe is the case could probably use some better airflow in the front. I run about 70c on my GPU playing apex at 190 fps capped on 1440p stable. I OC'd the i7 10700 to 5.0 ghz and the GPU is at +75 core/+500 memory through afterburner. This pc paired with the Samsung g7 monitor is a game changer coming from console gaming. ... show more

  • Some assembly required?
Style: i7-10700F/RTX 3060/1TB SSD
I was a bit concerned when I went to open the case to take the shipping foam out and heard loose items sliding around inside. Turns out the graphics card and memory were not installed. No screw for card to case either. So I put the memory in their respective slots, then the video card with screws from my past life of assembling my own comps. Checked connections and lit it up. Everything is working just fine. ... show more
