MSI product are awesome, but for some reason when it comes to a pre build they find some way to screw it up. It runs hot like 76 degrees while gaming with an rtx 4070 ti super. This computers are also plastics like.

Writing this review after 3 months. Running into a few issues that make me wish I went with a different brand. Registration and getting support are a royal pain. Slow registration process. The SN that the device shows doesn't match what's on the box. MSI requires you to enter a CHK number that is located on the labels, making it a hassle to find when you've set everything up. Online help isn't very helpful. I've been having issues from the beginning with the sleep/hibernate mode. PC will go to sleep but won't wake (keyboard and mouse input not received). When I hit the power button, it starts up but all the apps were shut down. PC is connected to an MSI monitor, so this is a real pain when shifting from my work laptop (connected via USB-C) to the desktop (DP & Upstream USB connection). Fan and CPU cooler lights just went out, maybe due to an update of the Mystic Lighting app. I can't be sure, but the app doesn't show the lights now. It only shows the RGB lights for the memory sticks. On the plus side, it's quiet and performance is what I expect from the configuration. ... show more

This machine will absolutely wake from sleep with USB input, but one has to enable it in BIOs. My check-ins with MSI customer service have consistently been responded to in less than 24 hours, they even followed up when I didn't respond. Also, there is an update for the RGB controller, and it requires removal of the JARGB_V2_1~2 connector and temporarily jumping two pins to clear the CMOS. I had no problems with that, I just followed their instructions. If you can get this for under 2Gs, I'd say it's worth it for just about anything 1440p. For 4k gaming, it depends on the game, do your research. In short, it's a Beast for gaming and the looks are stunning IMHO. ... show more
