The media could not be loaded. Great UV resin! I’ve been using Mr. Resin for about a month now. The kit comes with everything you’ll need. I do also like that there is no mixing required like the expoxy resin. Definitely cure it in layers for best results. If you pour it thick and cure it, the underside may be a little tacky but I cure the underside and then use more resin for doming; then use the uv light a few times for the final curing for perfection. Check out some of the fun jewelry I made for Valentine’s Day. Also in the video I do use a lighter to remove any bubbles prior to curing. You can find me on IG @lknsurfer

For a while I thought I might never go back to use epoxy resin, this is perfect for earrings and little bezels (that are my go to) and I am FASCINATED with how fast it cures and how clear the resin is. I cannot describe properly how much I enjoy NOT HAVING TO MIX the ratio of epoxy which drives me crazy. However, I found that for my bigger plastic bezels this does not work as well, the resin simply does not stick to the plastic bezels and easily comes off. Also, it shrinks which again is not a problem when using tiny bezels but it can be if you’re using a mold that you’re planning to attach to another bezel. All in all I’m content with the results and want to say how much I love the little silicone cups and silicone sticks EASIER to clean than epoxy by far, I LOVE this resin and will be getting it again soon.

Excellent! I used this to make 'leaded glass's windows for my period dollhouse - easy to use, easy to cure under the UV light. Had to turn the light on several times for it to set, wish there was just an on/off switch. Smell was not great and I ended up with a headache but I'm really sensitive to smells so I'm not sure that would be a factor for others. I have smelled WAY worse resins. Bottom line, this was perfect for my use and I'll purchase again.

The resin is very thick and can be kind of hard to work with. When you are squeezing it out of the bottle, because it is thick, it tends to have quite a few bubbles. I recommend placing it in a separate dish and pouring it into your mold from there. The light, however, is awful. It barely does anything for the resin and only after a few times of using it, did it die :/ Get the resin if you want but do not get this set for the light resin combo, you'll need to replace the light anyway. And although it might seem like it will cost you more to buy separate, it will not only save you the frustration of being caught in the middle of making something and the UV light dies but now you're not buying more times than you should. First time using UV resin, and I think this product is pretty good. There’s a smell, but I can bare it. This one does seem to be on the thicker type. Like I said, first time using UV resin so I don’t know how much it shrinks with other brand that does “shrink”, but when I filled up my cube mold flat, it shrunk. (So I filled up the just a tad bit more next time so it’ll be flat after curing) 3 smaller cubes are 5mm cube, and those cured with only 1 time of UV light, however, for bigger cube, it left some tackiness even though I did over 3, 4 minutes (I don’t know if you can tell, but I touched it to check and that’s why it’s not as sheen) I don’t know if I did something wrong, but I probably have to do half portion at a time or do multiple times of curing for bigger size. I wish the cord for the light was little longer. No instructions whatsoever so it’ll be helpful (especially for first time user like me) to get some instructions. Also the sticks and the cups have pretty strong silicone smell after using it ...I was working on it for maybe like little over 1hr, and I started to have slight headache. I compared the smell with a cup I didn’t use, and it smells pretty strong with the one I used. It might be better to get other cups and sticks that are not silicone...?

My use for resin is very unique, I need it to be clear, dry quickly with glitter in it, low smell and it has to be as smooth as glass. I can't have any beads sticking to it. I have tried a few different resins that promised just that but in the end did not work as well as I needed. I have even used the top rated UV resins with no success. However I bought this product when I started and it has always been perfect just was not available in a larger size (until now). This resin is perfect for my needs, it is quite beautiful when set as well. Only wish I have would be for a uv light that can stay on or at least double the time limit to come with it.
