Was making a tumbler for someone, at the same temp and time, and the entire top melts. Do not recommend if using for sublimation.

I know the rim and lid are plastic. I honestly thought this whole bottle was plastic as it feels so light and different from all other sublimation bottles and cups I have bought. The box it came in looked like someone tried to rip into it and changed their mind right before breaking the seal. My plan had been to use this for a fundraiser and this was the sample I was going to present. These definitely are for sublimation. But the face they are plastic at the top can lead to deformities. My first order 1 was dented when it arrived which they promptly replaced. All in all it works, but I'd choose another unless you had a specific reason for this designm my customer specifically wanted these ... show more

My image transferred bell and easily however the cup is very thin, your drink starts sweating immediately soaking my daughters back back and the straw was too long (easy fix) and the lid does not stay on! My daughter is devestates she can not use her cup till I find a good replacement!

The cup took the sublimation well its bright and beautiful! The problem is the black area around the top of the bottle melted during the process! Never had it happen before. And at $10 for one really isn't worth it. I got it because u was in a hurry and needed it same day.

These water bottles are exactly as described and sublimate beautifully IF you follow their instructions. Use a press not an oven, keep plastic from heat. etc. I did 350 for about 50 seconds then rotated and did another 50 seconds. If you measure the bottle itself it is in fact 20 oz, though it looks smaller. Probably because it's not stainless steel or insulated and is aluminum as they described. The biggest problem I have is the cost. They are way overpriced for just an aluminum bottle. My bad for not paying attention to the material. Won't purchase again for that reason only. ... show more
